Thanks to the Ezus software, we are able to respond more quickly to customers. And in a more professional way, very complete with Ezus functions.

We save a lot of time in the preparation of files. Errors are reduced among our employees.

This allows us to take better care of our clients. Clients appreciate our files created this way.

My favorite Travel Production Software

I love how Ezus has become a team member of our DMC team.

In our travel agency, we use it to quote our itineraries through the margin and VAT calculations! We've added a few Travel documents templates (Presentation, Roadbook and vouchers) and Ezus automatically combine our content in this design document.
Then we send with an online link the whole trip and our travellers had sent several times impressive feedbacks!
I definitely recommend it for all travel experts

What do you like best about Ezus?

Ezus captivated us with its effective and attractive design. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Ezus has everything we need in our Voetravel Tour operator to keep the organization focused on its daily objectives

What do you dislike about Ezus?

Everything is useful on the platform, however I would suggest a better CRM and more developed statistics and to a lesser extent UX improvements

What do you like best about Ezus?

As an agency working with tailor-made products, I am in need of quality visuals and to be responsive in the proposal we make to other agencies and final customers. I appreciate having a 360° tool for managing the business, and the collaboration with Ezus team,very responsive to our feedback, as well as the training they provided to be able to use the tool quickly. Since we joined, we have improved our conversion rate significantly, and we still have room to improve our use of the tool!

We also like the collaborative approach of the tool to work efficiently within the team.

What do you dislike about Ezus?

Nothing - we like the continuous improvement approach meaning a tool we need today will quickly be available in the next upgrade! Integrating suppliers' email would be the next exciting feature for us, and maybe customers' email to make it a complete CRM.

What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We changed to Ezus from another software and are really happy with the flexibility it gives us, as well as beautiful documents in easy to edit formats. A great software that is keeping up with changing technology!

What do you like best about Ezus?

Ezus is everything we expected: fluid, intuitive, perfectly adapted to travel agency activities and customizable according to our needs.

Great reactivity of the teams, availability: perfect!

As far as ergonomics are concerned, if a little guidance is necessary at the beginning, everything is done very naturally afterwards.

The possibility to publish on mini online sites dedicated to each customer project is great and gives a new dimension to the customer experience.

Bravo !

Business indicators report to be developed, not yet deep enough on kpi.

What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kpi's reporting: it will be more simple to analyze and react daily.

What do you like best about Ezus?

The digital solution is intended for travel agencies specializing in tailor-made tours for individuals or groups.

It is a new revolutionary tool (for us!) with all the automation, the management of our numerous data, the automatic calculations of margins, turnover, volumes...).

They have put many videos online and have very good commercial support.

The quality/price ratio is very advantageous and therefore very quick to pay off. It is a green investment.

I can make all sorts of proposals and customized quotes, using my usual data and previous proposals.

What do you dislike about Ezus?

The digital solution doesn't handle air and train reservations.

The financial part and invoicing are well integrated, but the accounting is missing.

I can't send newsletters via my catalog on Ezus. I worked around this problem by creating mini websites each time with Ezus and sending the links to the websites.

What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I found Ezus, we were wasting a lot of time and it was costing me months of wages as a project manager to do only repetitive tasks!

Ezus has canceled all the repetitive tasks.

Ezus has also made it possible to share information with each project manager. So again, a lot of time was saved for our agency.
