What do you like best?

ezTalks is an online system for video conferencing over the cloud and It is a useful, online platform available for large enterprises and SMBs to interact and communicate with ease and quality. The quality of communication is maintained through the ultra-high definition of audio and video along with an instant messaging facility.

What do you dislike?

The incoming messages could not be notified by a tune and the software lacks options for reminders and date calendars, which could be great in keeping records of the upcoming conferences. Document sharing option directly via the same app is not available which makes sharing difficult and a mess in the middle of some conference.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ezTalks Webinar has many benefits over the other similar applications. One is it allows free participation of people up to 100 during a single conference. The quality of communication is very high thus allowing fluency during group audio, video, or chats. Screen sharing and whiteboard gives tools for better information transfer. It provides the user with customized branding and cloud recording of a webinar

"Real-time online communication to increase business productivity."

What do you like best?

Meetings and conferences are the essential elements to run any kind of business big or small and ezTalks is one such platform that allows real-time collaboration among business heads and employees by providing HD quality of audio and video conferencing. I love using it as one such business owner. This is best for conducting meetings with my team even if they are located outside the business premises.

What do you dislike?

CRM integration would be something that I would like to see on this platform. Sometimes I find that the call quality is not so up to the mark and the call drops in the middle of a conference. I am also a victim of their slow support response, which is so frustrating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I don’t have to switch between devices to reach my colleagues with chats, messaging. It also benefits me to use it on any device because it provides presence across desktop, web, and mobile. I love how I can set up ezTalks in any room available and not have to spend so much on specialized video conference rooms. Call recording is another big feature which let us record call from anytime and from any device.

"Your quality medium for web conferencing."

What do you like best?

Being an employee of a large enterprise I have implemented ezTalks Webinar as a tool for online video conferencing. To be honest I have never regretted my decision as it has provided my company with so many advantages which resulted in time save and business growth. It maintains communication through ultra-high definition of both audio and video as well as through the instant messaging feature.

What do you dislike?

I am kind of surprised how can such an advanced tool lacks such basic features it does not support any tunes for notifications, no reminder, and no calendars. These are the very basic tools to keep updated with all the new and upcoming steps taken.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I just love how much people can participate in a single conference with the help of ezTalks i.e about a hundred it’s just wow! The high quality ensures us with no interruption and distortion in voice and video transmission. Whiteboard screen sharing is a lifesaver when a presentation is in process.

What do you like best?

ezTalks Webinar enables you to share slides and its interface is simple to use. It does not depend on internet connections, it allows number of people to conferencing video call at a time. It provides good methods for contacting participants. It enables you to customize your layouts for screen. Its bandwidth and connectivity is strong. It is available in low cost.

What do you dislike?

There are still some connectivity issues we have to log out and log in back again to solve these issues. Some tools are more complicated in it, If you want to download recordings it will take a lot of time. There is no option to test feature compatibility with other platforms. Functionalities are limited.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides you highly collaborative online meetings for conferencing. It is easy to access for online members anytime and provides us online meeting setups and controls of host management. It is secure and flexible and we can easily communicate privately with some presenters like behind the scene.

What do you like best?

Operating a successful enterprise I can rely on ezTalks for cloud video conferencing anywhere required. It in fact is capable enough to handle enterprise large as mine and really helps in the interaction and communication with quality. Its high ultra-definition sound and video quality never possess any kind of faults. The instant messaging is a great way we use for quick communication with in the organization.

What do you dislike?

Please add features of tunes for notifications as sometimes important message are missed when not attended to. There are no calendar and reminder to keep track of important upcoming meetings and conferences.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I would say ezTalk is way better than some other similar applications I have used over the years. It is so easy for more than 100 people to participate in a single video conference. I have so far not experienced any voice or video distortion during the communication. It is so easy to share the screen and other white board options.

What do you like best?

Communication with my business team located in other city is so much easier now thanks to Zoom video webinar. I use this platform for conducting video conferences and meeting to discuss important business matters and every time this platform serves with the highest quality. The interface is so easy to use and go around.

What do you dislike?

I really do not like how they charge for higher number of participants. Sometime the links take a very long time to establish. I am not a very big fan of Zoom app it is not of the standard quality and easy to use as its desktop platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has served me really well when it comes to live virtual events and remotely conducted training sessions as it’s very reliable and accurate. It is very accessible due to its support on both mobile and desktop platforms like windows, iOS, Android etc.

What do you like best?

I have been using ezTalks Webinar for quite some time now and find it really reliable to use in my sales service. Perfectly developed for screen sharing and provides me with great outcomes over other software like Google hangouts. Even though when I am travelling far distances it allows me to schedule and conduct team conference calls and client meetings. This software is unique as it kills the unnecessary pins and reduces non synchronization.

What do you dislike?

The user interface that is web based sometimes creates problems and is not so intuitive. Initial log on will overwhelm you with a lot of different icons and tool that with take a while to get familiar with. The resent update has decreased free call duration and requires fee for upgradation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I find ezTalks Webinar very beneficial as it can manage so many callers at a time. It doesn’t require any downloads and plug-in for people who haven’t used it before, whenever a webinar link is send over to them. I would highly recommend trying the free version to start and see in what way you can utilize this to make the best out of it.

What do you like best?

ezTalks Webinar was very helpful for teamwork I can easily connected with my team via sharing my screen and my PC. I can easily used and integrated other tools that had an intuitive interface which makes ezTalks Webinar best for managing and finishing projects on time and quality of sound is very clear.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it gets slow while upgrading and cause trouble in connecting with my computer and I found it much expensive.

It facilitates teamwork and meeting via HD video conferences and it is less time consuming and members can connect anywhere via their computers. The program has enough tools for attending business meetings and webinars.

"A wonderful & affordable solution for different uses. "

What do you like best?

ezTalks Webinar is incredibly easy to use compared to other platforms. We introduce it to our college for having classes with the students as well as doing training with the co-workers. We need its “all-in-one webinar solution” service, so we order its paid version. Luckily, it is not expensive. We at first used its free option and found it quite good. Then we upgrade it to the paid option to get more features. To our surprise, it doesn’t cost too much but performs well and makes each event successful.

What do you dislike?

No cons. As far as I am concerned, it is the beat webinar software I have used, from price to functionality.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're struggling with your current webinar solution for large-scale collaboration, marketing, education,training etc., ezTalks Webinar will be fantastic for everyone in terms of features and reliability.

Improving collaboration with more people and staying more up to date with everyone’s progress. One webinar solution can satisfy us with different needs like having classes as well as training with more people. This helps us to save money and time. The features that it has also help us to attract and engage more audiences. In the near future, we are going to use it for marketing our large-scale activities.

"“A special webinar and video conferencing platform”"

What do you like best?

At first, I was amazed to see that how can such a good platform be free of cost. I find it amazing for communication with colleagues in my small business. All members of my team enjoy its wonder features of video calls, file exchange, screen sharing, recordings, etc. These features so far have set wonderful growth patterns for my company.

What do you dislike?

Nothing wrong with the software but I would appreciate it if the private and general messages could have their separate terminal. It sometimes creates great confusion especially when you are having long video calls.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our business requires training sessions for our clients and before EZTalks, we used to conduct those via Skype. But Skype always used to have technical issues and precious time was lost. With its awesome webinar technology, one session can be conducted for multiple clients without wasting time. Other than that we can create our plugins and API which is wonderful for user customization.
