EZRentOut is good quality software that has been reliable with little to no downtime for us.

Firstly I asked for a software DEMO, I got a phone call and loosely explained the software. Then I purchased it to get started and set everything up, as it supposedly had a seemingness integration with Square (Thats the first lie on their website) After not being able to get it setup with saving credit card information directly with square (as advertised and promised) I contacted the support team. after a lot of emails both ways trying to solve my problem, they suddenly realized that that feature was not available. This took almost 2 months, therefore 2 subscriptions. Its one of the most expensive options, and probably one of the worst customer service experiences. After time and money was spent, I had to cancel and find something else. Luckily there are so many other softwares out there, which has better price points and better customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Cheers,Nick
