CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOME OF THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SOFTWARE IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EASY TO USE.

HAVEN'T RUN INTO ANY ISSUES. I'VE BEEN USING EZLEASE FOR APPROX 6 MONTHS AND IT'S MET ALL MY ACCOUNTING NEEDS

PROVIDING ACCURATE CALCULATION OF ROA ASSET AND CORRESPONDING LIABILITIES AS REQUIRED BY ASC 842. SO MUCH EASIER THAN DOING MANUALLY WITHIN EXCEL.

I am very happy that we chose to go with EZ Lease to transition into the new lease standard. Since the beginning, they have always provided great customer service and support. They provide you with a demo to actually try the software before buying it to make sure you like it, which is great because you know exactly how it works. The software is very straight forward and makes self-implementation run smoothly. I have had a couple questions along the way, and the support team response time is very quick and helpful. The price is also very reasonable compared to it’s competitors.

The software does not have a foreign exchange rate option when entering international leases so any conversions would need to be done manually. Adding this feature would greatly improve efficiency and makes things easier on the user.

Try the software before buying to ensure it aligns with your needs and organization.

EZ Lease has helped consolidate all leases into one location, especially with multiple subsidiaries. They have helped our company smoothly transition into the new lease standard ASC 842 by making the proper calculations for all our leases to ensure accuracy.

The platform has been extremely user-friendly. I like that it's web-based so we can access it from anywhere. We've been able to condense so much of our lease data into one place, even with some information we didn't even think about storing, such as contact email addresses or phone numbers. We've updated User Defined Fields to customize important information such as square footage or cost centers. The support staff has been quick to respond to our questions and we've appreciated the online articles to access additional information.

We've had some confusion on the best way to update the system for extensions or missed extensions so we capture all of the data. I also would prefer we could save reports directly to a folder on my desktop or drive versus a temporary folder/home folder within EZ lease - It feels like an extra unnecessary step.

The biggest benefit is condensing our information into one place. The reports EZ Lease provides has also helped us with our annual audit, such as future rents. The biggest problem we're experiencing right now is the best way for us to handle lease extensions in the software.

I like the ease of use best. The staff is very helpful.

I don't have any dislikes about the product.

I can solve the complicated calculations for Lease Capitalization. We saved funds by going with EZLease.

This software is straightforward to use compared to others in the same category. The Technical help is amazing!

We have not experienced any downside up to now!

The benefit is that this software has thorough footnotes for our business.

The implementation went very smoothly. I had a great rep who worked with me to get us fully implemented based on my availability, it was a very simple process.

Additional training of the system without having to contact a rep would be great. Maybe a tips and tricks video session.

We are now compliant with ASC 842!

EZ lease organizes all of our data in one place and makes it easy for all on staff, including our external auditors, to access.

At times EZ lease runs a bit slow. I would also like to be able to store the actual lease documents in the system (in pdf form)

We have a global business and EZ lease provides a single spot to put all of our leases and calculates all the JEs we need by country.

Simple to navigate the system and learn on my own.

I enjoy the report options that make the reporting of our vehicle and office leases easy to understand!

Due to the amount of leases we have in the EZLease system, the reports can take a while to run / download.

EZLease is providing monthly journal entries for us that we otherwise would have had to calculate by ourselves! It saves us a large amount of time.
