How easy it is to order delivery for large groups!

Wish they had more vendors available, they don't seem to have enough

The best online ordering platform that I have ever used. They are the best by far. I believe they know what they are doing. I pay them almost 36% of each invoice (commission, processing fees and advertising), but I am happy with them. They are honest and bring us, customers.

It is pricey but OK. Other platforms are pricey too, but they do not bring you orders.

Easy to use. EZ catering takes the pressure off of arranging the catering. They do it all!

I haven't experienced a downside at this point.

All the ordering is done on their site, with areas to make modifications or notations for each order. They work with the restaurant to label each order, saving me a lot of time. No more sorting lunches at the last second!!

ezCater was simple to use and quick to respond every time I needed to adjust my order in any way. They gave lots of updates so I never worried where my order was.

Honestly, ezCater was awesome to use. It would've been nice to have more options but having around 30 was still pretty great.

ezCater made it really easy to order exactly what I need, when I needed it. I was surprised when we had visitors at our company and needed to get food to them the same day and for the rest of the week, but ezCater made it simple for me to see all my options.

EZCater makes it extremely easy to get catering for places that wouldn't otherwise cater or would be difficult to get delivered. They come in and fully set it up for you and you even get rewards points the more times you order.

The website can be a little confusing at first if you're not used to the UI platform.

Helps me cater large meals/events for business meetings and client events easily. I have to worry a ver minimal amount when working through EZCater.

The submission was easy. The food was correct, and it was serviced an hour early.

The only thing I didn't love is that I didn't get a confirmation message when it was confirmed the second time.

I love how easy to use the website is! Very user friendly with great filters to make browsing what you're looking for both efficient and convenient. I like that I can see all prices up front to compare and it breaks them down per head, not just total cost, which is always helpful! I also like how you can earn rewards points toward future purchases.

The downside is that you have to wait on the caterer to confirm. This has actually never been an issue for me, and every one of my orders has been accepted within 24 hours, but if you were placing a last minute order this could be a problem since there is a "middle man" directing your order from the ezCater website to the actual restaurant for comfirmation.

Instead of having to search through multiple restaurant websites for their catering offerings or often times calling multiple places to check menus, prices, and availability, it is all at my fingertips. This makes ordering large catering orders much less time consuming! We also get tired of ordering the same things and ezCater is constantly adding new restaurants to their list so we get the chance to check out new places that might not have been on our radar.

The ease of use, the wide range of caterers available, the ability to select specific needs (dietary, packaging type, distance etc) and above all the amazing customer service!

There is nothing to dislike about this company!

USE ezCater! It is especially helpful if you are doing a lot of catering for multiple customers!

The ability to order catering in a much shorter time without having to do any research for local caterers. There are so many benefits to using ezCater! It has shortened the time it takes me to find & place an order, they take care of ANY problems that arise very quickly & professionally, I am able to keep track of my spending on catering much more easily & getting points for ordering is a definite plus!

I am absolutely the biggest fan on EzCater.

Previously I've used doordash, grubhub and others for food catering and orders kept going missing.

When i used EzCater, even if food was missing (very seldom), they replied and called me back immediately, offered discounts and listened to the situation and offered the best solution.

The selection of food is excellent and pricing is great. We cater food twice a week in our company, food portions are great and prices are always within budget. Food arrives on time, deliverers follow instructions given online.

EzCater is also transparent about how much money are they earning from this specific order.

I heard that for DoorDash, the tips you tip online do not 100% go to deliverers, and aren't as transparent about the amount they earn.

I am clear how much EzCater earns with every order.

After all that spending you get Amazon gift vouchers for the points you accumulate from spending,

personally i've used the amazon gift cards and they work perfectly. We even gave out the amazon codes for company party as prizes.

If the restaurant is closed or if they run out of the food item, a customer success personnel would call in to my number and let me know, and help me to choose another very similar restaurant at the same price. Amazing service that's unparalleled, especially in the food delivery space.

For some restaurants they require a minimum order of about $200, but it is probably only 3% of restaurants listed on EzCater that have a minimum order. If there arent that many employees in the office that day I'd just not order from that restaurant and there are a lot others to choose from.

Definitely give EzCater a try if you're catering large orders.

It is the best food catering app we have ever used.

I have switched from other apps like DoorDash, Grubhub etc and it was the best decision I've made.

It made ordering lunches for my company so easy and so reliable. They have the best customer service and replies quickly if there is a missing order (only once or twice in about 6 months now).

They have a great variety of restaurants to choose from, delivery is accurate and on time.

If it is not on time e.g 15mins late they will call and tell us in advance so we can email the office to let them know.

Best food delivery app in the space, perfect for catering and hassle-free.

I have been using EzCater to cater for company lunches twice a week.

The food has been good, delivery is on time and accurate.

Everything is excellent - it saves time from employees going out to eat, and saves even more time by getting orders right all the time.

Excellent customer service.

EZCater makes it really easy to order food for our events and to keep our expenses organized. I can find all the receipts in the software for end of the month expense reports. They also offer a variety of places to order from and they always deliver on time.

Sometimes they deliver too early so I would suggest ordering at lest 20 minutes later than you would to have it delivered on time.

It's a great software to use and makes catering for big events a lot easier then having to find a place and asking for specifics. They are also timely, but like I said, it is best to order a little later than usual because they might arrive ahead of schedule. Overall it is a very reliable service.
