"Customer for 10+ years; solid product, great account management"
What do you like best about Extole?

The account management. I have built several referral programs with Extole for many lines of business within my organization over the last 10 years, and each one has improved our revenue and profitability. We have RFP'ed several times in my tenure, and Extole wins each time, in no small part because I KNOW I can rely on their account and technical delivery teams to provide top notch support, strategic guidance, and every day program management expertise.

What do you dislike about Extole?

Dislike is too strong a word, but we have niche reward needs for several of our programs, and having more choice in B2B rewards (cash proxy/ACH) could help. The B2C reward options have always been a perfect fit.

What problems is Extole solving and how is that benefiting you?

Driving incremental value from our existing Business & Consumer customers using Extole's platform to create tailor made referral programs that drive quality Leads & Opportunities for our B2B units and new B2C customers for our Residential business. Both equate to profitable revenue at a higher rate of cost efficiency, with additional long term benefits (referrals have longer ALTV, higher rates of CSAT/tenure, and are more likely to refer other new business).

"We love Extole's Refer-A-Friend program."
What do you like best about Extole?

Extole helped us set up a professional refer-a-friend program in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test new ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete.

What do you dislike about Extole?

We love everything about their product and company.

I highly recommend Extole! Their product is world-class and their employees are kind, knowledgeable, and easily accessible.

"RAF is an obvious need to have for any D2C brand and extole makes it so easy!"
What do you like best about Extole?

Incredible software that drives about 20% of our new customer acquisition and is our lowest CAC channel by a lot. The team is very responsive and is always bringing creative ideas for new ways the leverage the platform.

What do you dislike about Extole?

I wish it were a little bit easier to use to track our influencers and affiliates. Right now we have to use two platforms and I'd rather just use extole for everything. Also, this isn't extole's fault but we use the Glew.io analytics platform and there is an extension to connect Glew.io and Extole but we'd have to upgrade our plan with Glew and its too expensive :(

Extole allows us to harness the power of word-of-mouth marketing in a streamlined, data-driven way. It allows us to reach new customers at a very low cost and investors love hearing about the success of the program.

The people: dependable and solution orientated. The RAF offering has tremendous upside for your business and let's you customize every aspect.

What do you dislike about Extole?

There's nothing too much to dislike when it comes to Extole. They are a very easy, dependable and intelligent partner that make my life as an ecom partnerships manager very easy.

What do you like best about Extole?

I like how fast the turnaround is, and it is an easy-to-use app for me and my colleagues. The app does all the hard work for you.

What do you dislike about Extole?

I wish there were a computer version as well as the app

We use it because it is easy to use and faster than other competitors. The app does the heavy lifting and puts a receipt in all the categories it needs to so that we have more time to do other things.

The interface can be a little challenging when looking up rewards for our customers, but our account rep always helps us out!

No cons from working with the Extole team, the software has provided everything our business needs.

What do you like best about Extole?

The team at Extole was amazing. Their customer success manager was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.

From the onboarding to the day-to-day management, I really felt supported by the team. They really went out of their way to make their service work for my company, despite some internal limitations.

What do you dislike about Extole?

The reporting part of the platform can get confusing at times.

We haven't touched the surface with what we can do with the platform. Our annual reviews are thorough, supported by data and recommendations

What do you dislike about Extole?

I would like to have quarterly reviews to make sure we're actioning on the recommendations. I also consider extole a partnership and not just a vendor or platform. I would like to have roadmap brainstorms with the extole team.
