App and browser extension desynch

The app stopped working after PC update (I assume Windows update). There was a problem with application first that was supposed to be repaired but it was impossible at first. After pushing through, it worked but I got into another problem with Chrome extension. Both needed to be uninstalled before it got back to normal. Customer service was really helpful.
