We recently hosted a webinar on ExpoSim and it went really smooth. The features they provided us were at par, which allowed us take control of the smallest thing during the event.

Well! their services and features are no doubt beyond expectations, I think they can immerse these features in a mobile application which will make it wasier for us to supervise the event

Our webinar was just an hour long session during which we were amazed by the capabilities of the virtual world. ExpoSim team's dedication and immense efforts during event handling is their strength which will undoubtedly make them one of the leaders in the industry.

From choosing the domain name for the event to shortlisting the data of the event, Pranay and his operations team did excellent work and maintained a smooth coordination with my team.

It would be unfair if I will be pointing out any disadvantage that their platform has. I only encountered some difficulty when I tried to retrieve the poll answers, which we had to manually keep track of.

It is no doubt that we have adapted the concept of virtual meetings and virtual events since the pandemic and as far as I have observed, ExpoSim is doing extraordinary.

For our tiny occasion, they gave us some of the most unusual elements. Impressive features included an attendance count, full-proof analytics, and image personalization.

Everything about the event was pretty spectacular, however initially we ran into some setup-related problems.

Our first virtual fair that we staged was the occasion that we had on ExpoSim. This has been one of our most fruitful events, greatly expanding our audience and increasing our visibility. I firmly believe that ExpoSim is influencing the virtual event sector in a way that will benefit small businesses like ours in their efforts to attract specific demographics.

The best thing is the customer support we got during the event setup and post-event as well. The team is very amazing and very helpful with all things.

The platform has many basic features which are required for any virtual and hybrid events but it does not have the advanced features AI matchmaking, etc.

The event setup is very easy and straightforward. The booth designs are again very amazing and it gives an experience of live event virtually.

One of the best virtual and hybrid events platform. I have used ExpoSim multiple times and I am overwhelmed by its customizability. Its very much easy to setup your virtual event on ExpoSim. Highly recommended...

Its does not have payment integration right now.

Currently, virtual events are the need of time and ExpoSim is very much solving this issue. It is easy to use platform, you can setup your virtual event in a few minutes on ExpoSim.

Throughout the event preparation process, the ExpoSim team did everything they could to make the event as smooth as possible. Our leads who were overseeing this project knew exactly what was expected of them each step of the way, and Mohit and Pranay did an incredible job of communicating with them at every step of the way. Moreover, the operations team did really well in assisting us with event set up.

As their platform is in initial stage, I sometimes feel a void in some of their features such as a delay in the video streaming. Even though it was barely noticeable, event organizers and attendees might find it to be a nuisance in the future. Beyond that, their product has nothing unfavorable to say.

"Being an event organizer, I've always looked for a platform to have a single sign-on system and ExpoSim effectively enabled us to do so. ExpoSim provided us with multiple booths for our event that allowed us to organize multiple conferences. It was imperative to us that our instance had more gamification, and ExpoSim allowed us to accomplish this.

I can't thank Pranay and Mukul enough for all their hard work in handling all aspects of the event, from event creation to post-event analysis and recording, both of which they handled exceptionally well.

In my opinion, there is only one thing that I feel is missing and that is if there could be a mobile application for organizers to supervise their events as well as for attendees to attend the events flexibly.

We wanted our attendees to login via password, as we wanted to maintain a higher level of confidentiality and security. As soon as we relayed this requirement to ExpoSim's team, we asked them if it could be done within such a tight deadline, and we were amazed to see that the results were presented to us even ahead of the deadline.

Exposim is easy to use and much cheaper than its competitors.

Server quality is amazing for such low price. You can easily access all the function from just single Dashboard.

Sometimes you may little confuse about the functions. As the availability of the Functions is too broad.

It reduced my headache of adding contacts and sending invitations and Contacting attendees one by one. Now I can easily create Event Hasslefree.
