The ease of development for the event. The look to the users - looked great, easy to brand. Customer support was amazing and the ease of implementation was also a positive for this product.
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it.
The ability to provide content from our conference to those who are unable to be there live. Easy to brand and build and for the users, easy to find presentations.
To start, the Expo Pass team was fantastic! Super helpful, quick to respond, and understood our concerns with implementing a brand new registration system. The team was patient, helpful, reassuring, and made sure our event was set up for success before and during the show. Set up was a breeze and they provided extremely detailed instructions along with virtual support during set up. Packing everything up was just as easy as they provided detailed instructions for that, along with setting up shipment of the equipment for us so all we had to do was pack up the equipment and drop it off!
The only thing I would have done different is finding and implementing Expo Pass earlier on in our process. We were on a bit of a time crunch but we were still able to get everything done and ready for our conference.
Quick onsite registration process! We checked in about 600 people in 3 hours during our opening night registration.

It was very easy to use. My Event Success Manager was there every step of the way to help me & make sure my event was a success.
There were a few things I wish it would have done differently & my Event Success Manager put them into a queue for IT to see if they can work it out.

Our Andriod users had some issues with the mobile app. But, all were resolved with the help of their 24/7 tech support. We had no other major issues besides those little hiccups!
This platform gave us event management tools as well as an "updated way" to do on-demand badge printing. It also took our events to the next level with the mobile app.
