Honestly, if you follow their program, there is nothing holding you back but you!! Their Gamified strategy makes the entire process so easy and fun to use. It is so simple to implement their strategies and win. They have made getting noticed a fun, competitive game. There is honestly nothing this platform doesn’t do for you. With all the improvements Scott Harris and his team are making, if you are not using Experience.com you will be left behind!! The training they offer is second to none. What do you like best about Experience.com?

Being able to have surveys go out to borrowers right after they close.

What do you dislike about Experience.com?

Our borrowers think they give us 5 stars but the rating goes down when they put anything other than a 10 on the referral part. I think this confusses the borrower on giving us a 5 star.

What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are giving us the oppurtunity to show people our customer service.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

The new webinar series is extremely helpful for my users who are less tech savvy (or tech timid). I really appreciate the commitment to contnually evolve and make the platform better to help increase our SEO.

What do you dislike about Experience.com?

My only speedbump with experience.com is that when there are issues identified, support seems a little bit slow. Additionally, my users are reporting that they are not getting email notifications anymore when their social connections are expired/broken.
