Being able to have surveys go out to borrowers right after they close.
Our borrowers think they give us 5 stars but the rating goes down when they put anything other than a 10 on the referral part. I think this confusses the borrower on giving us a 5 star.

The new webinar series is extremely helpful for my users who are less tech savvy (or tech timid). I really appreciate the commitment to contnually evolve and make the platform better to help increase our SEO.
My only speedbump with experience.com is that when there are issues identified, support seems a little bit slow. Additionally, my users are reporting that they are not getting email notifications anymore when their social connections are expired/broken.

I would say what I dislike about this platform is that it is not used by everyone in the industry, yet, so it is not know by consumers to search reviews like other platforms are.
