I am really impressed with the expenses categories and how they are simplified yet detailed enough so it takes no time at all to record my expenses.

What I like least is we currently use cards which have a monthly limit per employee no way to request a higher amount within the app.

It makes everyday administration much easier because it provides a clear overview of business expenses and employees attach every single receipt right away after purchase.

ExpensePoint is easy to use and allows receipts to be entered via drag and drop. User roles include both submitters and approvers and approvers can be assigned to specific submitters.

The itemization feature allows expense to be coded to different categories of expense but not to a different project.

Our expense reports are easier and we have put a new travel policy in place. It helps us evaluate time spent on traveling and to schedule trips conveniently.

ExpensePoint is very user-friendly. The reporting tools save a lot of time. The staff is great and very responsive.

There is no way to code multiple charges to the same GL category. You need to do each charge one by one.

We now have all cardholders on one platform. We used to have two separate programs to manage this, which was a big headache.

I have not found anything I don't like or is difficult about ExpensePoint or our representative. I do still require assistance when setting up new or temporary approvers/groups. Help is always available!

Great product, excellent implementation, training and customer service! You can still speak with a person to resolve issues, this is a HUGE plus!

Expense Point assists with solving the tedious task of sorting through each expense receipt. The Foreign currency conversion is an extreme time saver.
