Some senior executives were notorious for not turning in their expense reports on a timely manner because the process was so painful. The finance team hunted these executives down for weeks at a time. This product has made it so easy that every executive and credit card user can literally have their monthly expense report done in 5 to 10 minutes.
We really like how simple the mobile platform is to use and how easy it is to integrate into Quickbooks.
Occasionally I'll have to make an account adjustment after the report post to Quickbooks, but that's typically due to an internal change rather than anything ExpensePath related.

It is very easy to use, entering the expense details and receipt image on the spot allows me not invest a lot of time at the end of the trip remembering what was bougth as well being able to use it in the phone is a game changer

Very intuitive and easy to use platform to enter our business expenses. Also like the dashboard so I can keep track of which reports are still waiting approval and nudge my manager to review them.
Not sure if it was how we programmed it, or if it is the software, but when I enter meals, we add up the total for the week. If it's over $25, it is asking me to add at least 1 participant besides myself. Not very clear that I don't need to do that.
Take your time, and it will be easy to learn the full functionality of the product.

I like that it is easy for all our employees to have access to expense path and that we can categorize our expenses by project and spending category.
The platform isn't too intuitive to use but once you figured out how to organize everything and set up your projects and have some experience using the platform, things get much easier.
Be sure to have someone on your team who is familiar with the back end of the software, not just the user side.
We are able to easily expense our items and reimburse our employees when before we were using just emails and our payroll employees to add the expenses back onto the paychecks.
