Low cost, easy to use and allows reports to be easily shared.
Some of the options are limited which is why I would suggest for smaller companies.
Allocating employee's business expenses and categorizing how to be paid/billed.
What I really like best about Expeni.com is they managed to change our company purchase order system from our old physical paper form to a computerized system. My colleague doesn't need to send me their purchase order form anymore, and they can log in to the system and request it by the computer on their own. No more requests get missing or overlooked as the system will notify me every pending order that is not complete yet, and that makes my work so much easy.
The only thing that I dislike while using this software is there are no manual or guide provided that can help a new user to get familiar with the system. I need to help and teach a new user how the system work and that consume time. I hope they can provide it on the next updates.
If you only need a software to mainly to help you get organized with purchase order system, I really recommend all the organization to try this software and see if it can help them manage purchase order process more better.
Expeni.com helps me to change our purchase order system from pen and paper to digitalized data. It is so much easy to manage all the paperwork and help us keep paperless in the office. I don't need to pass over purchase order paperwork to my superior for approval anymore, they can check it themselves on the system and this process saves my time.

Easy, clean expense system for all users - administrators to partners. Being able to customize PO forms for suppliers is huge!
Some of the mandatory fields can't be bypassed from the administrator side which aren't always necessary.
Creates an easy system to expense purchases, travel, and business needs. Keeps our accounting records in check.
