My team and I have been using Expandi for almost a year a half now. When I started, I knew little about LI automation, so Expandi was kind of my first LI automation tool –– I just couldn't be too demanding in terms of features and stuff. At first, I was pleased with their personalization and bulk data importing/exporting capabilities –– these two features, I must say, are really what Expandi still shines at, at least for me. Now after months (or years) of constant interaction with the tool I should say that the list of Expandi's advantages ends here. I assure you, you don't have to be a UX guru to realize that Expandi's UX is far from what you can call a convenient and intuitive tool: navigation between LI profiles – sucks, profile settings – try to find them, campaign settings - why are these so distributed?, their long-awated integrated LI search – the only thing you can find using this is a bunch of bugs, analytics dashboard absolutely unintelligible, filtering – well, works... from time to time. I can list these forever.
But my favorite part is SUPPORT! It's absolutely impossible to report a bug to the Expandi team and, attention, to make them eventually admit that this bug actually exists in the system. Be ready for a good portion of gaslighting and, as a result, self-doubt and paranoia about your past actions (yep, I mean OCD). I don't know who's responsible for their customer policy and positioning, but, guys, this is 2021 now, you better admit your failures and be honest with your customers. either way, what's the point of calling yourself marketers? And mind you, these bugs and inefficiencies in your system are not only what your reputation depends on, this is also about mine!
