The best thing about exotel is the customer service. We have been working with exotel for 5+ years and one thing which stands out clearly is the customer support. The responses are prompt and timely manner. They are not forgotten.
The app bazaar with plug and play option to create a flow is innovative and very helpful. We can decide our own flow.
Overall, I am happy with Exotel. The app bazar needs to be made more user friendly. If I have created a flow and in between, if I need to add a step, I need to re-create rest of the flow from that step.
There should be option to add a step in middle of the flow without much efforts.
