We like the easy-to-use application dashboard builder. Very easy to get the initial assets set up and then have a lot of functionality that lets you expand the solution over time.

Device connectivity and management are separate from the customer-facing dashboard area.

The pricing model is pretty straightforward and allows you to start at a low entry point and then grow as your number of devices, and overall business grows.

The support team is fantastic and works with you to solve any issue during deployment.

I wish the developer community was a little more active, but regardless the documentation site is excellent. So, whenever I have an issue, I need to search through the documentation instead of just being able to jump over to the community site to get feedback or answers.

I wish there were a few more advanced panels to include in my dashboard, but I know they are coming in the roadmap.

Exosite's IoT platform allows me to rapidly test ideas with customers and gain feedback on value added funtionality. We can add panels, calculations, and analytics to our customer-facing dashboards and get almost instant customer feedback on their value. This added functionality is already enabled within the platform and means that we don't have to have any custom code or software to be developed to test it.

Friendly environment, easy to use. Creating, configuring assets, and making different scenarios in a few hours. Exosite offers IoT Connector integrations for a multitude of gateways, connectivity platforms, and off-the-shelf hardware.

Understanding the pricing model takes some time before getting used to it. I don't see any other point to mention. The team has already worked on improving the pricing tool.

I am using the platform for supervising several different industrial applications and connecting different types of equipment. With all the functionalities offered by the platform + the speed to set up a PoC, it brings an excellent added value to my customers and me.

It is an IoT solution which is easy to use, offers lots of functionalities and lets you build market-ready IoT solutions whithin a very short time. Especially for POCs the solution offers great low cost packages to start - compared to competitive solutions it scales from just one all the way to thousands of connected devices.

There is nothing I dislike about the solution. Whenever I have doubts or questions, the support team is immediately available to answer my questions and help me through any challenges.

ExoSense has a particular strength in condition monitoring, but it can be used for quite a varity of IoT use cases. Whether it is about smart factory and digital production solutions or innovative maintenance and service concepts. ExoSense offers all you need.

Zero Coding platform provides a super fancy way to build your own IoT dashboard based on the collected data from different IoT devices. The user can build up the standard template for further deployment which they need not do it repeatedly.

Waiting for more and more mature bundled solutions for further elaboration.

The user/developer can build their dashboard easily by using tools on ExoSense. User management can help to diversify different users by different roles. All of these are totally providing very big benefit to the user/developer.

The user-friendly user interface allows us to integrate with our devices, and publish all the data to the cloud, without any effort.

For some of our customers, the interface might be to difficult to use (During their background only familiar with PLC or C lanaguage)

In the factory, not really need to use SCADA anymore, especially if you have several factories, can publish your key data to ExoSense together.

ExoSense is a good platform for users to start their IoT solutions from PoC test to mass production. In the beginning, we were able to establish connection between our IoT device and ExoSense fast. With all the functions available on ExoSense, we could set up a demonstration very easily and got our first design-in in a short period of time.

Some of the functions were not available for our use cases. Exosite were very helpful in communicating with us. After they understood what we needed, they could evaluate the development effort and came back to us on their proposal very fast.

We provide condition monitoring systems for industrial rotating equipment. ExoSense is our SaaS platform that we provide to our customers. We show the condition of rotating equipment on the SaaS dashboard, so our customers can monitor the condition of their rotating equipment online.

Exosense is a user friendly cloud dashboard which provide excellent user interface and user experience. I can work a new custom dashboard to my customer in a simple, fast and easy way. There also a lot of features developed and exosense do keep update the library and match the latest trend on data expression. Also, the way for data management and provide me a fast and efficiency way for big data analysis. It is a wonderful experience and I am happy to have exosense as a powerful tools to support my business.

I donot have any dislike of exosense so far. While providing more features and latest trend GUI may satisfying me further.

A simple and clean cloud dashboard and instant report the latest machine status via IoT devices. In addition with the machine behaviour modelling by different perspective data collection, my customer can easily know the different potential problems of their machine and timely arrange their maintenance team to maintenance the machine in advance.

Easy platform, configuring the whole platform from digital assets, rules, permissions, and visualizations can be learned, deployed and shared in a very short period of time.

Just like any other platform, there are always some challenges here and there. But the support and guidelines available makes it easy to overcome challenges faced.

Exosense is mainly being used as an IIoT platform for all of our machines, equipments and robots that we provide as OEM's to our customers. This helps a lot in providing better remote services, visibility on machine downtimes and providing expert analysis for preventive and predictive maintenance measures.

ExoSense has a wide variety of integration options while being a scalable platform. Quick development for a proof of concept was met with knowledgeable staff when needed for more in depth development.

A broad database of easily accessible graphics and tag connections would make dashboard development faster for smaller teams or one off deployments.

We are gaining in depth, quality analytic data on equipment for multiple customers. This allows for improvements for current and future customers based on real world performance with human emotions removed.

- Very straightforward setup and easy-to-use software that doesnt require knowledge on how to program.

- Good documentation with examples to help guide you in configuration.

- Good technical team that can help you add specific functionality to your project if desired.

- Terminology specific to the platform can be quite confusing at first.

- For getting multiple assets to work together with respective add-on assets, a workaround of using a group hierarchy can be difficult to set up.

- I'm working on a generator condition monitoring project for my company. Having the convenience of using a platform that can build a nice-looking user interface with minimal effort means I can spend more time developing software for other parts of my project.

- The technical team provided me with much-needed examples of using their proprietary API that allowed me to add the functionality I was looking for.
