What do you like best about Exela Digital Mailroom?

DMR allows us to setup Virtual Business Addresses where we want our Mailroom and Perform image Scans on mails. It can Process Physical and Direct Check Deposits and also Assign Batch Deposits.

What do you dislike about Exela Digital Mailroom?

Still DMR does not Provide many Virtual Address locations for Organizations using Mailrooms Outside of USA. Mail Inbox page UI is little bit Scrambled and Overlapping when Viewing it Android Smartphones and iPhones.

What problems is Exela Digital Mailroom solving and how is that benefiting you?

DMR allows user to Scan thousands of Physical mail copies to digital image scans and provides wide Virtual address locations for Business Organizations across United States. Also it has very good Report Management Systems like generating Volume Reports, Audit Reports, Batch Deposit Reports, Check Deposit Reports, Inventory Reports etc. We can easily Reroute mail, Setup Projects & Roles and Create Mail Templates.

Stay the hell away from this company if you get contacted by any of their recruiters on WhatsApp or telegram. They took 30 k from me a lifetime saving. They will tell you to make more and more deposits unntill you go zero just to complete tasks and optimize so called fake apps. Stay away from these people they are dignity loose people they dont care.

The plans are priced competitively with many options to make the services attractive for both small startups and large companies

What do you dislike about Exela Digital Mailroom?

The service you receive is horrible. There is zero implementation support, only poorly written guides that either skip critical steps or don't cover certain key functionalities. And when things go wrong, you are screwed. It takes days to get a response and when you get a chance to speak with tech support, you get the same response: "let me check with the team" and you never hear back.

If you rely on the timely processing of checks being mailed to your business, you should consider other vendors.

What do you like best about Exela Digital Mailroom?

Their website is always available and can be accessed worldwide.

What do you dislike about Exela Digital Mailroom?

The most? Because I have a list.

What I dislike the most is that the company fails to fix issues - the same problem will happen several times with no resolution. The most expensive problems I've been having with them are all related to the inability to access or process checks that my customers have sent to pay invoices. If I provide all of the details - I will run out of room in this review.

Additional issues: sometimes mail notifications work, sometimes they do not. No one can provide answers regarding this.

Historical reporting is nonexsitent. Or maybe they have just wiped my reports showing poor mail handling for my account.

They outsource processing your mail to 3rd parties like credit collections agencies - without telling you.

What problems is Exela Digital Mailroom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now the only problem they are solving for me is to provide a single address that my customers and business contacts can send mail, checks, and other important documents.

Unfortunately - the number of issues with actually receiving, accessing, or reporting on inbound mail prevent me from actually benefitting from the service.
