"Email Signatures without the headache of email signatures!"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

You can control the signatures remotely without having to ask each person to update their signature on their phone, computer, and elsewhere. This is all automatic. All you have to do is make sure your current signature is blank.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Nothing really. It takes a bit of getting use to, to send an email without a signature knowing that Exclaimer will add the signature on its way to delivery. Great Product.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized hosted email signatures with marketing abilities, unique meeting links, and more. We are more productive and spend less time adding or updating email signatures, or even the risk of an employee not adding it correctly.

"Cloud based Signature Management and Solution tool."
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Integrating Outlook and other apps is simple.

We utilize this product on a daily basis, and the features for the signature solutions are excellent.

For both the client and the self, the Exclaimer cloud signature solution was implemented.

Excellent assistance and resolution. simple to put into practice.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Though their technological expertise is amazing, the support executive should reply quickly.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Implemented a signature solution that is used across the entire company, giving it a professional look.

One of the main advantages is that multiple designs based on the event photos, videos, and signature can be included.

One example would be that the sales team and the development team each have a different signature.

"Great service and has saved us so much time"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

It was so easy to setup and manage and is relatively inexpensive. We used to have to add everything manually on Outlook and some emails would go without signature but now everything is done automatically and it was so easy to implement. The support is great too especially when we were getting setup.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

It takes a while to get used to the designer and you have to sync manually, but for the ease of use that it provides this is not a problem at all.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Anyone can use it with ease. You don't need to be a tech genius, all you need is some creative deciding and admin access and off you go. It's so simple to use and works so professionally.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to apply signatures on every device and it was such a pain to update all devices when we had a new campaign etc, but now everything is controlled from one panel and its so much easier!

"Powerful, reliable and flexible service with responsive support"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The flexibility of the signature customisation is impressive. The best feature is conditional fields, where the visibility of a field (such as a mobile number) can be conditional based on things such as the existence of an attribute. This is super helpful. It means I can have a single signature design for my company, but still offer flexibility to those users that wish to show their mobile number, as an example. You can also easily preview the results in real-time based on real user information. Lastly, the rules are very flexible also, you can create multiple signatures and have them trigger based on lots of configurable options, eg time of day, sender, recipient, attribute value.

Another nice feature I only recently discovered is for the Exclaimer to retrospectively update the users signature in their sent items folder as users don't see their signature when composing a new email, but exclaimer will update this email after it is sent, so when users go look in their Sent Items folder, the signature appears in the sent mail. Neat.

Integration is easy to setup. We are syncing directly from Azure AD, which is in turn syncs from our on-prem Active Directory. You choose which AD attributes you want to sync, which can then show up in Exclaimer for use in a signature.

Support a super responsive. New cases are attended to fast with always helpful responses. I have a lot of confidence in their support staff.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Nothing to dislike. The service runs well and is reliable. We use it on all outgoing emails. I believe it might only sync with your IdP once a day, but I may be wrong on that. The cost is fair for the features it provides, reliability and time it saves me.

One nice feature would be to have a different rules to show different information based on the location the recipient opens the signature. For example. if the recipient opens the signature in North America, show the US telephone number, if they open the signature in Europe, then show the EU telephone number, etc.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Mimecast customer, we were using their signature feature, which is not as complete as Exclaimer, harder to design a cohesive template, less flexible with rules. We needed a single, easy to use tool that could standardise signatures across all our platforms.

"The perfect solution for managing signatures within Microsoft 365!"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Ease of implementation & general use and an excellent signature designer.

The support is second to none and no issue is too big or too small. Every ticket is investigated thoroughly and not closed until you as a customer are completely satisfied!

We have used Exclaimer for a number of years - coming from their legacy on-premise Exhange and Outlook editions, the new cloud-based platform works so much better and ensures that employee signatures are consistent across the business no matter where they are working and what platform they are using.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Nothing really! We did have a few small teething issues when migrating to the new signature designer but after discussing the problems with support during one ticket, everything was working as expected.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Updating signatures for our users was challenging enough when we were all based in the office pre-COVID, let alone when users started to work from home full time.

The Outlook Edition worked great whilst everyone was office-based but moving to the cloud version allowed us to maintain a consistent set of signatures across the business no matter where users were based. It even allows us to build custom policies that only apply to certain users or groups, this means that users can still utilise their favourite email templates whilst knowing that if any changes are needed they are pushed out to all users without the need for any manual intervention.

Since the pandemic with hybrid working here to stay and users working with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and web-based email - we are able to maintain a set of policies that showcases our brand and allows to adapt as necessary.

"A signature management tool that works faultlessly"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Prior to discovering Exclaimer Cloud, our small business was using homemade templates in Microsoft365 which failed to produce the results we wanted across the range of devices our customers were using. After we made the switch to outsourcing, we have been delighted with the consistent results our customers experience, particularly as our signature includes a compliance statement that needs to be readily visible to all recipients. The documentation and online help is of an extremely high standard which means there are very rare occasions where I have needed to log a request for support. When I do, the Service desk have always responded in a timely manner and fixed the issue very efficiently.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The initail setup was tricky and involved a lot of trial and error to get the right result. Since then, Exclaimer have upgraded their signature builder to a drag and drop version which probably makes the process much easier for first timers.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously used a variety of DIY templates which our users could edit (meaning that inconsistencies were constantly having to be managed) together with the poor image the company was projecting with signatures not displaying uniformly on the numerous devices that recipients use. The Exclaimer Cloud service has solved all these issues which has saved time and raised our professional image.

"a simple but effective email signature deployment tool"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

it's easy to set up, quick to deploy, professional looking and easy to integrate in the Google console

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

it has a limited set of fonts that can be used, it can't recall high-resolution logos and unless formatted with a background then looks less than perfect on dark-mode windows

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating and maintaining a standardised email signature for all users that automatically inserts the correct job title and departmental information

"Best signature management tool"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer has completely centralized signature management across our entire organization. It was easy to integrate and once you've got the signature set up it's very easy to manage and create multiple signatures for different groups or teams.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

If you've managed email signatures before, you know that designing a signature that works across all platforms and devices is hard. The Exclaimer signature designer is a little tricky to work with, but once you get the hang of it your signatures will be rocking in no-time.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing email signatures for all employees in one central place. Eliminating the need to send out instructions on how to create and update email signatures. Creating a new marketing channel to promote company news and social channels.

"Simplifies the email signature madness"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer makes the task of maintaining consistency across email signatures seamless by completely eliminating the ability for users to modify their own email signatures. Design one email signature and it automatically applies to all of your users. Want to send a holiday message? Create a special signature and apply a rule so that it only sends during a specific time period. And it applies at the server level, so all of your mobile signatures get the same beautiful signature applied as well. Design, implementation, integration, setup, and management are all so easy.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I can't think of anything I dislike about Exclaimer.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have users edit their email signatures and even though we established standards for editing them, created explainer videos, and tried to make it as user-friendly as possible, we would still run into inconsistencies and be chasing down issues. Exclaimer creates brand consistency and saves time and headaches.

"Great time saver!!!"
What do you like best about Exclaimer?

This saves us so much time and makes sure that all employees have the same company look to their emails. We handle many clients in one portal to offer a uniform look to emails.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Should be a lower minimum number of users

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to control signatures for users so they all look the same.
