Thanks to this unique solution that our business has recorded an increase in customer base as well as profits. From where I sit my main role is to onboard as many customers and ExactBuyer has been such a friend in doing soo. With it Iam able to gain accurate insights on our userbase in a streamlined manner. It is also easier to identify and reach out to prospect customers and weigh whether or not they are our target customer. This has made prospecting, creating leads and closing deal soo simplified. If this is not what we refer as value for money then I don't know what else is since the price of acquisition was quite reasonable and it's interface is user-friendly hence anyone in the office can use it with soo much ease.

My experience with it is so far positive. I haven't encountered any problem in using it except for the first few days of implementation, though the support team was of soo much help. They responded to my enquiries on time and explained step by step with soo much clarity and precision

I use it to gain a view on the customer from which important data on the trajectory of our products and services can be easily defined. It has helped us predict on issues to do with sales as well to know which product is the market receptive to. We are also ablle to determine whether our prospect customers are the target market and if yes we continue to pursue them. This has doubled our sales and reduced on channelling costs since we mostly focus on the targeted community

We have been using ExactBuyer at Gorgias for about a year now.

Our SDRs are loving it. Rocket Reach and apollo had gaps in data especially around verified emails and phone numbers. We ran a test against ExactBuyer and it outperformed them both in terms of data accuracy.

Secondly the pricing was actually cheaper it was a no brainer.

Our demand gen team also uses data from exact buyer and we send 60K emails per week and keep bounce rate less than 1% and would not be able to maintain those standards without accurate data and verified emails. The fact that they verify emails is super helpful so we don't have to run it through a separate verification service.

Its also nice to see they are constanly updating their product and their UI is among the best of platforms I have used.

It would be nice to have more coverage in middle east but this was not a huge impact to our outbound efforts.

Exact Buyer helps us build a tam, or prospect on the fly when we are trying to find a decision makers contact info in realtime.

Our next use case is for our demand gen email team who needs bulk data for our TAM with verified emails and EXactBuyer does not fail to impress here.

This tool has made me a lot of money. One of my favorite features is the keyword filters and the technographical data. I target very specific types of prospects, and this is a fantastic way to identify those companies and prospects.

I've used a number of other platforms, I continue to use ExactBuyer because of how niche I can get with the data (by combining keyword searches along with a number of other filters), which speeds up the workflows and makes reaching out to prospects much more relevant.

The price is great as well.

Just like any other data tool, it's not going to have every single person that you're looking for.

When we first started with Exact Buyer, there were a few things that needed changing on the enrichment reports. However, after speaking with their team, they were able to take our comments and change the reports to show the data in more meaningful ways for us. I still would like to see a PDF of downloadable reports for us to take back and share with our team or other clients, but I'm sure that is in the pipeline.

If you have a long database of contacts with limited or out of date information, Exact Buyer will help you to get updated contact information and garner unparalleled insights into your database. In addition, their prospector tool is helpful to find specific people using a variety of filters to find contacts for marketing purposes as well.

If you see a feature that is missing, don't hesitate to reach out to their team. They are always responsive and helpful and will get the job done!

Before Exact Buyer, we had a long list of contacts that had limited information. By enriching this long list with Exact Buyer, we are able to gather insights into these users, find more accurate contact information, and develop better targeted marketing plans.

We're heavy consumers of the people enrichment API; which has been very fast and able to gather information that other competitors in this space aren't able to do.

The ease of use within the dashboard makes it easier for my sales and marketing employees to pull highly targeted custom audiences and export them for sales outreach and marketing.

Sometimes it cannot find a match, but this is typical with data- no complaints, overall it's been extremely helpful in our sales outreach.

Most tools on the market are incredibly expensive and lack quality data, but ExactBuyer has been a huge helping hand in ensuring we are using the tool correctly and pulling down quality data. Best of all it is more cost-effective than other vendors and provides a much better user interface.

I got expert help to solve my specific problems and not just data thrown at me. If you are looking for 100% self-serve, commoditized lead data at the cheapest cost possible, then ExactBuyer is probably not for you.

If you are looking for a most hands-on consultative, custom solution for your business, then it is. Their processes are streamlined but the "hands-on" has more with them helping figure out the right solution for your business needs. They also gave me excellent creative ideas that I'm pretty excited to test.

Im two weeks in and already acquired three new paying clients. Given that I usually average 1.5 client per month, I'd say that it's a pretty great start! The match rates and responses are much better and so I spend more time in correspondence vs research or waiting for a response from my marketing efforts.

Prospect profiles are sometimes not detailed enough and like other platforms you will have to be consistent and persistent to reach your ideal audience.

ExactBuyer helps me to target potential customers that fit a preset profile for our product range. It provides actionable insights and filtered lists of prospects that are ordinarily hard to find. It saves us time and helps us to reach our audience better and faster.

I love that the app is really fast and gives a good bird ' s-eye view of how much the account really matches with your search. The way they display the AI-generated list is also great, much better than Apollo in that aspect.

It is not rare that you click a link to see the employee's details and it won't open up or display any information. While it gives a great account overview, I found that sometimes it could do a better job on showing the person's profile in a not-so-buggy way.

It just gives me a more curated list of potential buyers for my product. I work in the construction field and it is hard to find a tool like this one with such an accurate AI search.
