What I like about Evolv AI is the ability to optimize rather than running traditional A/B testing or multivariate testing. We are also able to introduce changes while the optimization is running and continuously optimize an experiment. The recent feature that they added is high valuable and we can optimize toward a conversion value. Also, their team is amazing!

Evolv.AI is its inherent complex but it's for a purpose. It's not overly complex but your team needs to be able to understand and learn a different way of testing that's not traditional. However, once you learn it, you will certainly see a high ROI.

Dynamic value-based optimization has been a real game changer for us. This wasn't available with any other tool that we looked at. Being able to test 10s of variations at the same time has also been a huge benefit that rapidly increased our velocity of learning.

Evolv's multi-variant testing feature enabled experimenting many more experiences than your traditional traditional A/B testing tool allowed for.

Evolv's testing capabilities provided us with invaluable insights on the differences between what works with bilingual consumers and what does not. Evolv gave us the opportunity to showcase the different marketing/storytelling that resonates with different cultures.

The development work for the Evolv application adapts seamlessly with the resident code base of the applicationi being tested. The Evolv application also integrates seamlessly with the code for other applications that reside on pages for specific, isolated features. The AI allows for basic and complex user experience changes to be tested simultaneously or as separate test cases. When multiple changes are tested simultaneously, the application provides live restuls as the tests are in progress and the alogrithm automatically combines the changes that are delivering the highest results. Desicsions to implement chagnes that are tested are based on data reported by the Evolv application and the data is synched up with Adobe Analytics data. The percentage of traffic that is exposed to the tests variants has a threshold to reach statistically signifiance, another data point used to make decisions between Evolv and the client.

The start dates for various varients for each test are fluid at times. Example: the start date communicated is 'later next week' versus a definate date.

The people and the culture, fine tuning based on the needs of the business. The tools are impressive, but the support is even better. They effectively and efficiently strategize, plan, and execute on data driven insights and ideas. This has resulted in some of the most complex, yet successful projects that have become the standard in which our business conducts digital optimization testing efforts

There have been great progress and improvements made in their operations in recent years. There could be some opportunities in better informing how their capabilities can be better leveraged and utilized. Evolv AI has the abilities to better influence and shape how they can aid in delivering the customer experiences we strive for. I look forward to see how they can become a louder and more prominent strategic voice as we begin to map out 2024.

I think the overall simplicity of how the testing and AI helps guide you through the process makes the overall experience super easy

It's not a knock on Evolv but I think I'm certain cases Evolv and our own targeting testing make it complicated to get clear and directional results. Nothing bad to say at all when it comes to Evolv

The overall usability for our loopqual component and the struggles that user may or may not have. Evolv knows best!

Evolv is a small company with big capabilities and a stellar product. If Evolv is to retain and attract other tier one companies, I would recommend adjusting their business model similiar other consulting firms like Deliotte, Accenture, etc.
