Shanika in Evoice customer service

I had a horrible experience as a long time customer with their reinstatement policy that had our phone down for almost 5 days. Yes, I counted the weekend days. I called Evoice back on 5th day and got Shanika in customer service. She took control of the problem. With several callbacks to me so that I wouldn't have to wait on hold for her to deal with the necessary departments and wait for approvals and activation. She has a great calming voice and dealt with me in a professional manner. Thank you, Shanika.

"Great for clients"

What do you like best about eVoice?

It's a fantastic program for political campaigns or coalition clients that work remotely and/or need a number they can use publicly. Pretty easy interface to use, the mobile app is great.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

It's more steps than it should be to record a message. I should be able to call into my number and/or account and be prompted to record a message just like we do for our personal voicemails. It seems a little outdated to have to record a Mp4.

Recommendations to others considering eVoice:

Make sure you're very clear about the subscription you want and need and the services you specifically want - there are many options. Definitely get the mobile app, it's very helpful!

What problems is eVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the need for landlines and physical phones for clients and projects. voice to email allows us to determine what's needed for a prepared response and/or to send to the right team member to handle, etc.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

A good software to use as it has lot of features and customisation options available.

For my point of view I do not have any problem .

Very low pricing

Suitable both for iPhone and Android
