Slow response from the tech team

The main problem with this company was the slow response from the tech team. Half the time, they don't take calls or reply to emails. It can be annoying and frustrating! It must improve if they intend to retain customers in the long run.

It is very easy to use with multiple ways of notifying a provider of a patient.

The EHR lacked the minimum needed to document a thorough exam.
