"Evidenced - Great tool to improve recruitment experience"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

Evidenced is a great tool that allows us to improve not only candidate experience but also hiring manager and TA manager.

Main advantages are :

- Guide : providing interviewer with clear itw frame to make it efficient and avoid redudencies in the process. recorded video also allows to monitor and coach managers to improve their itw skills

- Asynchronous : shorten the process by getting approval for cultural fit asynchronously

- No notes ITW. : the recording + tagging system makes the XP much more better for TAM. also the provided answers are sharpers than note. TAM only has to share his conclusions

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

No major issues. We decided to use if for every itw. It takes a bit of time to prepare all the material (itw frame, questionnaire, etc). but the tool is pretty well made and constantly improving thanks to the team suppport.

Eventually the transcription feature does not look as key as we expected. Also the transcription of people with strong French accent can bug it ;)

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharper, more acurate, safe time (for the itw itself but also for the entire process). Helped us to better manage high volume of interview and improve the feedback and decision process with asynchronous sharing possibilities

"Life - Changing Platform!"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

The organisation of the platform is so easy to use!

Keeps everything tidy and in one place.

Collates data and candidate satisfaction, so you can see how they scored the interviewer.

So easy to make changes to questions etc.

The support from the evidenced team - if we have any queries, they are so friendly and helpful!

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

No downsides at all to using evidenced we have found it life-changing for us in our sales department.

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

A game changer for our recruitment process.

Tidies up our recruitment process much smoother and more structured for both the hiring managers and the interviewer.

Love the ability to be able to watch interviews back as there are real-time bookmarks and notes, so much more visibility!

And not having to chase hiring managers for feedback, as it allows you to see outcomes.

"Evidenced makes the interviews easy"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

I have used Evidenced since the early stages, and it is pretty impressive how fast they can deliver new features with added value.

The HR department and the Tech team used Evidenced on a daily basis, and in our opinion, here are the main advantages:

- Possibility to have a common interview structure that can be shared with the team / new joiners.

- Screen recording for post analysis

- Review the interviews notes

- Post-interview feedback

Evidence is your answer if you are a company looking to professionalize the recruitment process.

Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

Nothing to add. Just keep up the good work!

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Recording interviews for further post-analysis

- Creation of interviews templates

- New interviewers have an easier OnBoarding

"Makes the recruitment process easy and consistent"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

It has made our interview process consistent across candidates, helping us with variability between interviewers. It formalises our interview structure, helping us better organise our interviews. It does tons of little things very very well, and it adds up to a must-have for us now.

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

Not much, really - clearly, a lot of thoughts has gone into it, and it shows. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have even more integrations.

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a good tool to streamline our interview process that would help us make decisions asynchronously. Additionally, there should be no excuse now for losing out on good candidates because of internal biases, and Evidenced has helped us keep track of that.

"Feel way more confident hiring"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

Video recordings. So easy to share clips around with the team and to rewatch again when you suddenly panic about whether the candidate was right a few days later.

The interview templates are great too. So much theory and stuff online so nice to use what's been proven to get the best out of an interview.

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

Nothing yet but will update this review if that changes.

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

Just feel way more confident hiring people now I can rewatch interviews in my own time & share certain bits around with the team to get their thoughts.

"Makes Hiring Decisions Easier"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

Evidenced has a great interface that’s simple to use. The templates for interview questions are super easy to create and help make sure you’re staying on track during the interview

The ability to go back and rewatch an interview and add notes I may have forgotten to include the first time is a big plus. Also, the transcripts are perfect since you can search for a keyword and play that part of the recording instead of having to cycle through the video multiple times.

Post-interview analytics is also great to see, like how much time the candidate spoke vs us, or whether certain questions were more likely to get a positive response.

Being able to share that interview with all relevant stakeholders, who can also read the transcripts, notes and the thumbs up/thumbs down reaction is invaluable as it makes the final decision-making process easier, and less prone to bias.

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

Missing integrations - it would be super handy to be able to link with our ATS software and the interview times with our calendars. I’ve heard these features are coming though so I’m sure they’ll be great when they’re here.

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

The whole candidate screening process. Before everyone had to be in the same place at the same time or had to rely on memories and jumbled notes for how the interview went. With the video playback and note-taking features, the actual full interview can be shared at a later time. It's fairer for busy interviewers and candidates since everyone gets the full picture.

I love how simple the platform is to use!

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

I don't think they've nailed the in-person flow yet.

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evidenced is helping to remove bias from our interview process, making it fairer, more consistent and ultimately resulting in us hiring the best candidate for the job.

"A game changer for my recruitment processes"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

- Everything I need for the candidate and the interview is all in one place

- Don't need multiple screens or tabs open at once

- Easy to share recordings with colleagues who couldn't join the interview or go back to view recordings to jog your memory

- Love the thumbs up, thumbs down for each question and candidate

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

The only thing I dislike would be having to flick between the location we posted the job and Evidenced.

Possibly scope for integrations further down the line?

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making sure our recruitement was fair, consistent and transparent was really important to me, since using Evidenced I feel much more comfortable with my recruitement process and I trust my final decisions a lot more.

"Super helpful when hiring our two dev leads"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

- Easy and intuitive interface

- Nice transcript feature

- Full suite of tools to help record and then navigate past interviews

- Can breakdown review to answers to individual questions

- Able to gather multiple opinions without bias from other reviews

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

- No obvious flaws or bugs we came across

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowed us to gather multiple opinions when interviewing + onboarding our two dev leads. This was invaluable as my cofounder and I have no real technical background + knowledge and so it allowed us to reach out to advisors + friends for tech dd.

"Really user friendly and great experience as a recruiter"
What do you like best about Evidenced?

I find Evidenced really easy to use. It's great that it removes bias from the interview process by allowing you to move candidates through the interview process to with different interviewers without being swayed by earlier feedback. It's really easy to involve others in the interview process and get all of the feedback in one place. I also love that you can go back and watch the interviews to help make a decision.

What do you dislike about Evidenced?

No downsides, it's been great in streamlining our recruitment processes :)

What problems is Evidenced solving and how is that benefiting you?

As above, it's great for the removal of bias and being able to get input from other team members.
