The thing that I like best about Everbridge IT alerting is the interface for setting up on-call notification schedules.
Reporting integration with ServiceNow's reporting.
Reducing incident assembly time and on-call scheduling.
Everbridge IT Alerting has a very nice interface to manage many different scenarios including Major Incident Management, on-call and ad-hoc use cases. However, the bi-directional integration allows nearly everything to be done inside of the ServiceNow incident record eliminating he need to use multiple apps. The Everbrdige integration team has been fantastic throughout the process.
At this time there is nothing else needed.

I like that it does exactly what the name says, it helps us alert appropriate IT personnel when an issue comes up on any of out IT infrastructures which makes resolution of issue faster and reduces down time. also like the sms features which makes reaching offline staffs possible.
there's currently nothing to like about the software. it does its job perfectly.
because it works in real time, i think it is the best software to help IT departments stay on-top of their game.
it helps to easily communicate down times to fellow non IT staffs and customers to reduce work load on support because of complains.

We used to have a lot of IT downtime. Now we have a lot less duo to this product. If there is an issue the right person is contacted and the problem is resolved early before there are more issues. This make communication simple.
It did take a little longer to set up since we had to fix our workflows, but once this was done it made things a lot faster. This showed that our workflows had issues to begin with.
It is solving our IT communication issues. Previous to this the people on call would have to figure out who to call when something occured. Everbridge solves this issue and makes it simple. It makes their job more efficient and the correct people are contacted right away.
