What do you like best about Everbridge IT Alerting?

1. Integration with many internal IT tools.

2. Simple to integrate and create alert workflows

3. Smart routing to notify the right audience

4. Mobile app is simple to use

What do you dislike about Everbridge IT Alerting?

1. User profiling with shift and location details can be used to route the notifications better.

2. Reporting with more comprehensive insights and details about the incident.

What problems is Everbridge IT Alerting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everbridge IT alerting was used to alert any incidents that could impact the business continuity of the stakeholders. Apart from business continuity, alerting the remotely dispersed employees about any IT incident was a use case.

What do you like best about Everbridge IT Alerting?

Everbridge IT Alerting has a very nice interface to manage many different scenarios including Major Incident Management, on-call and ad-hoc use cases. However, the bi-directional integration allows nearly everything to be done inside of the ServiceNow incident record eliminating he need to use multiple apps. The Everbrdige integration team has been fantastic throughout the process.

What do you dislike about Everbridge IT Alerting?

At this time there is nothing else needed.

What problems is Everbridge IT Alerting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamline our Major Incident Management process ensuring the appropriate teams are contacted.

What do you like best?

I like that it does exactly what the name says, it helps us alert appropriate IT personnel when an issue comes up on any of out IT infrastructures which makes resolution of issue faster and reduces down time. also like the sms features which makes reaching offline staffs possible.

What do you dislike?

there's currently nothing to like about the software. it does its job perfectly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

because it works in real time, i think it is the best software to help IT departments stay on-top of their game.

What do you like best about Everbridge IT Alerting?

We used to have a lot of IT downtime. Now we have a lot less duo to this product. If there is an issue the right person is contacted and the problem is resolved early before there are more issues. This make communication simple.

What do you dislike about Everbridge IT Alerting?

It did take a little longer to set up since we had to fix our workflows, but once this was done it made things a lot faster. This showed that our workflows had issues to begin with.

What problems is Everbridge IT Alerting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving our IT communication issues. Previous to this the people on call would have to figure out who to call when something occured. Everbridge solves this issue and makes it simple. It makes their job more efficient and the correct people are contacted right away.
