It is very easy to set up an account and create events. I had an issue setting up the payment portal but a quick call to Customer Support resolved it within minutes. It was on my end and not Eventzilla. I have used it 3 times and I'm in the process of setting up another event for our Holiday Gathering.
When I first used Eventzilla, I was not a fan of the interface. Now it is much easier to navigate.
I have tried to use other platforms but there always seems to be an issue. As a non-profit, cost has always been something we tried to control. Eventzilla checked a lot of those boxes. From cost to tracking participants, it was a breeze.

PROS: I chose Eventzilla over other platforms we've tried before because of its ease of use and cost-effectiveness. It's easy to set up different levels of event membership and acquire the members list.
CONS: I don't find any drawback of using this solution. Honestly, I love everything about it. It's cost effective - offers free service and paid plan (I think the price is pretty reasonable). There are lots of available features, although we are not yet able to use them all. The social media, API, and reporting is pretty intriguing. The ability to set up automatic email to provide participants with the link of the online session is really helpful. I think this solution is incredible at its price range.
PROS: It's easy to create events. I just integrate the platform with my own website and post the event there directly. No need to code, which makes it great even for less tech-savvy individuals.
CONS: Tbh, I can't find any drawback of using this platform. But I'd wish they offer an option that would make creation of similar events easier and less redundant. Offering multiple date options with a menu for class registration that can just be pulled down would be nice.
