What do you like best?

I love giving feedback of what I know and have tried as well as getting rewarded from it.

The rewards you receive are amazing and all you really are doing is giving your honest opinion of the work that you have already done with the company you are giving a review for. It is that easy!

What do you dislike?

I dislike how long some of the questions and reviews can be but in the end it is definitely worth it with the rewards and points you get to receive after finishing!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

EventSurvey360 is a complete great solution of Surveys, Events, Ticket, Rewards system with Marketplace. It also has Email Marketing with email validations, and more. I love the rewards including all the Products, Cash, and Points they offer. The marketplace redeems points for the Subscriptions or if you choose to buy products. I would definitely advise trying it out!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving my problems by defining the problems that any organization can employ on its own. Event Survey 360 is great with the survey and rewards you can receive by helping them. It is pretty much letting them help you help them. Win win for all.

"Amazing Survey and Rewards solutions"

What do you like best?

Pay as you go and it is very affordable with all the enterprise-level features.

Survey taking page is designed to the modern standards.

The UI and ease of navigation are pretty good.

All needed features in 1 application.

What do you dislike?

This product is launched in 2018 and the team has to grow but they are very responsive for any critical issues.

Get the full demo of the product and you will love their solutions.

This product has 5 different solutions that we use.

1) EBiz Cards app where we can exchange contacts in an event or in real life and it comes directly to our CRM. It is free for all the users.

2) Survey and Quiz solution with building rewards for taking the survey. The reward system is cool which engages the crowd with Casino kind of feel. We convert attendees of events we sponsor into our leads.

3) We create events and sell tickets and get the real-time Questions during sessions and instant customer feedback.

4) We are a service company. We reward our customers with points for taking surveys or attending events and buying products which they can use on their future purchases only on our services in their marketplace.

5) Enterprise collaboration tool used among 6 of our coordinators and event management team.

It helps in assessment of both strength and weakness of an employee

The managerial oversight can deter truthful feedback hence incompetence

What do you like best?

Helpful tool to survey new and existing clients at certain locations like a forum.

What do you dislike?

It doesnt have the name recognition of a survey monkey, I also had some issues signing up with my business email so had to switch to personal.

We are always looking for new tool to get real-time analytics from customers, I have taken advantage of the free tools it provides.

This is not just a survey program. It also has the capability for polls, rewards and quizzes

As of now I haven't found anything I dislike about it.

Very good design of survey and very engaging solution to create new survey. It enhace your quizzes with evaluation and integrate with CRM.

As far I have not seen any dislike. Sometime integration is not done properly and survey terminated so it's a problem

"Claims to be secure but the website security certs are expired, otherwise great experience"

What do you like best?

The integration is smooth and the results are easy to interpret. Great graphics and used all over the world. There is diverse functionality that extends beyond just surveys

What do you dislike?

The security is lacking, but otherwise, it's a great service. They could streamline their home page to make it easier to sign up.

Using event survey to gauge student satisfaction with services. quick and easy so that people are more inclined to respond.
