Nothing - the system is great and I didn't dislike anything.
The system is much more user-friendly than past systems I have used. The website's layout is client-friendly (we had a lot of customers say how much they liked the websites). I also really enjoyed scheduling meetings in this system.
User experience and ease of use by our internal users. The capabilities of the Eventogy team to seamlessly brand our event invitations and event sites to fit with our global brand and the mobile application that our clients and contacts use when attending our events. The leadership team have been superb throughout and helped our firm deliver a truly excellent event experience.
The iOS mobile app is much more aesthetically pleasing than the android app, however this should be refreshed soon.
A globally consistent events management process that looks the same to all end users and client contacts. Having the same process throughout the world means our contacts know what to expect from each event, and how they use the technology provided by Eventogy to the fullest.
It's easy to figure out how to use it - support team is helpful. Tom Phillips from Eventogy was super helpful and joined a few calls (actually 4!) to show how to operate the website- life saver as we were in a rush with one of our events. That was super appreciated.
Not much to dislike - everything is pretty straightforward
Eventogy website is super easy to use - they have tutorials that are super helpful too. Customer support is available and they respond promptly.
A lot of clients didn't see registration email that was sent thru Eventogy, although our IT team is working on a few options how to fix it.
Among benefits - it's easy to set up a schedule for multiple tracks with lots of investors in attendance while having lots of moving parts. On top of that it's SUPER easy to run stat reports.
We used Eventogy to run a virtual event for our clients. We loved the ease of setup from our side and our clients loved the look of the website.
The branded website looked great and really modern. It was easy for our clients to use and navigate and the WebEx integration meant we could run interactive sessions.
There wasn't too much to dislike. It all went smoothly and we will definitely be using Eventogy again.

We run a few events a year for our clients. These events are basically ways for us to get them together and say thank you. COVID meant we couldn't do this in person so we have had to do it virtually. We did a few with just WebEx but we wanted a much better experience so that's why we went with Eventogy. It allowed us to do a better virtual event. We could also get our clients more involved as we used their live polls and Q&A features.
This is my first time using an app for events and I have found this very straightforward and simple to use. I think it’s a very informative and useful tool. I would highly recommend it.
Sometimes there are some issues that are faced with formatting that we are unable to fix ourselves.

A great tool to provide all information to guests from one single platform. Very helpful for guest management.
The dashboard is so helpful in seeing at a glance how many guests have registered for an event. Setting up an event is so quick and easy to use. I love that you can copy an event and import pages from other events, this saves so much time when creating a new event. The system is so user friendly and looks so professional from an end user perspective.
There is nothing to dislike about Eventogy!
We are currently using Eventogy to manage our internal conference programme. The reporting application greatly speeds up the process of getting the information we need from the registrations received. Setting up the App for our end users is very user friendly and simple to use, and the end users love that they have all the information they need on their devices. So much better than long emails and paper joining instructions!

The support team were amazing, every time I got in touch with them they were quick to respond and always helpful. They also always gave me new tricks or ways of working which was exactly what I needed, even when I expected my request would be impossible. The support team were the main reason I wrote this review.
And on the whole it was really easy to use.
Not much. I'd like to see more visual prompts that tell me where things are or help me before I need to ask. There were a few times I have asked the support team something and they have told me where to go, but I probably wouldn't have found it otherwise. This is a minor gripe as it was usually possible and was more of a knowledge gap than Eventogy issue, but it would help get new users up to speed.
We run events for our clients and it allowed me to manage everything. It saved me time managing the delegates as it was all done automatically through the system and I could easily track who was where.
It also allowed us to manage the virtual sessions during covid as our events were thrown online.
