Eventleaf is an easy-to-use solution for event management.

I chose Eventleaf because it’s an affordable application, and all the features I needed for organizing the event are available, easy to set up, and simple to use.

I organized a small event for my team of 50 participants, Summer Days. It took me some time to figure out the setup and data entry process. Since event planning is not something I do regularly, the platform’s features indirectly helped me structure the information in a way that ensured participants had the best possible experience.

It would be ideal if all plans included mobile device access.

Eventleaf is user friendly, meaning easy to navigate and find events. I will definitely be using Eventleaf for all of my future events!

As a small nonprofit with limited resources, Eventleaf makes it seem like our events are in the big leagues. I used to organize events for more than 1500 people (attendees, exhibitors, exhibitors, etc) and would have killed to have this tool for my team. In my current volunteer role, I recognize that I am only using a fraction of its capabilities and features.

From the back end Eventleaf is so easy to use and covers all the basis for event management. For the end user/registrant, the event information and registration process becomes beautiful, intuitive and easy to use.  The few questions I had during the first few weeks of using it were answered promptly with great customer support. 

Eventleaf was easy to set up, intuitive, and ready to go quickly. We needed completely online registration and payment options and could accomplish both. It is easy to scale up or down for large and small events. We love it so far!

Eventleaf is great. Seriously.It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types, collect electronic payments without having to mess witha third party, and customize the registration with conditional formatting. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. There are a few small features we'd like to see (confirmation emails by user type, easier text formatting on the main event page, being able to reorder sections on the event page, and the ability to upload logos within the registration. We're still just getting started, but it's already a game changer for our events!

I recommend this product to anyone looking for an event management application. It's really easy to manage, create, and track events. It has a lot more capability than the other products I've used and it's an easy platform to navigate... plus, the reports make my life so much easier!

The flexibility is amazing. Between our two annual conferences our attendance varies, and Eventleaf is perfect for scaling up and down as needed. When using it for our IT conferences, Eventleaf takes the painstaking process of gathering vendor and attendee information and makes it easy.  While we haven't used Eventleaf to it's fullest extent we have had zero issues. The basic functions work great for what we need it for!

PROS: Event management administration page is really simple with no unecessary steps. Landing page is mobile friendly and nice looking. It also comes with a separate Calendar landing page where all the events are listed. Mobile app for IOS and Android. API integration available.

CONS: Landing page design has limited design options as it comes to the layout.

One standout feature of Eventleaf's attendee management system is its efficient check-in process, crucial for minimizing long queues at registration points. It enables quick attendee lookup and immediate check-in, coupled with the capability to print name tags directly using Zebra printers. The compatibility with Zebra printers is particularly valuable, given their prevalence in our existing resources. After evaluating multiple options, it became clear that few vendors offer this level of compatibility. Eventleaf supports this integration seamlessly and features a straightforward setup process. Our event team could easily connect to the printers without the need for extensive training, streamlining the entire attendee management at our events.

The experince is positive and growing, we have increased the number of events we're willing to set up with Eventleaf and have needed to add more attendees.
