I can't say enough good things about David and the customer service I've received since beginning to use Eventene. He has been patient and explains things thoroughly so I can understand best practices and how the software can work specifically for me and my events. The price is phenomenal, and the unlimited amount of events included allows my colleagues to also use Eventene for additional meetings and events throughout our company. Having one central database for attendees, registration, and communication has saved us a lot of time and back-and-forth in the planning process.

I've used a few other event planning programs in my career, and I highly recommend Eventene as a great solution for registration, website and app integration and use, and attendee communication.

The only improvement I would wish for at this time would be that I'd like to be able to customize some push notifications in the app. They have automated ones, but I would add others if I could. Granted, the last app we had where I could do this was MUCH more expensive, so it was a small sacrifice in the grand scheme of changing apps!

Having Eventene has allowed myself and others in our company to use a consistent registration system so our attendees have an easy and familiar experience each time. Collecting and storing information so attendees don't have to repeatedly answer the same questions has also minimized time and frustration during registration. So far, the app has been well-received and seamless during events. In addition, planners being able to update details in ONE place instead of multiple Excel spreadsheets and notifying several people of the changes has saved us so much time and reduced the chances for errors.

I highly recommend David who worked extensively with me to set up my first event.He was great and always available to assist when I needed help. I love the software cuz it provided everything in one place

You have to move through too many tabs to get to the one you want.

How to work between several tabs at once, It is benefiting me so I don't have to go out each time to get to a different tab.

There is a learning curve, like all things. We had incredible support to get up and running and this was top-notch, personalized and genuine attention for our needs.

As an ecommerce agency that holds events across multiple verticals, we needed a platform that could handle different types of events without breaking the bank. Eventene not only met our budget requirements, but it also provided a wide range of features to fit our specific needs.

One downside we did encounter was that the platform's reporting capabilities were limited and could be improved. We had to get in touch with the support if we needed some deep analytics for our events.

Handling complex registrations and follow ups. We were particularly impressed with the robust RSVP system and the ability to send targeted communications to specific groups of attendees.

We used Eventene for the financial events of one of our clients. It helped us and the client's team to save time for more strategic tasks and automate a lot of event components. We like it because of its low price compared and no compromise on advanced features in comparison to other event management software. We need not worry about the cap on events because they have an unlimited events policy which made it really attractive.

They didn't have a native networking component for our events so we had to schedule meetings via zoom. It worked but something within the platform would have been nice.

We were looking to replace our comparatively-higher priced event platform with an affordable one. Came across Eventene and it helped us save almost 3x for the price we were initially paying without compromising much on the features.

I highly recommend David and Daria who worked as extended team members to set up my first event. Eventene is really a customer-centric software company. I went with them because of their affordable pricing and all those amazing features even in their $4499 plan.

Unlimited events at this subscription price were a total bang for the buck!

They don't natively integrate with our CRM yet but there is a workaround for this that works but requires a bit of manual work by our event officers. If they were having this integration we could save even more hours.

David mentioned that integrations are a work in progress and I trust him :)

We organize eCommerce meetups globally and most of our planning was done using different single-purpose tools. It worked well for us until we saw a surge in event numbers (luckily!) and hence saw a need for an event management platform.

We were reluctant to switch to event tech due to all those oceans of expensive tools however, Eventene stood out for us!

Eventene has proved to be a great solution to manage all my events and activities. With the increasing number of activities being planned by my organization, the need for specialized event management software was a top priority for the events team. After having demos with a lot of renowned players in the market, Eventene proved to be an ideal choice for us because of it being highly competitively priced (we can do unlimited events) and also providing all the features irrespective of the plans we opted for. Cheers to David for always being an email away for all our queries... :)

They don't have a native integration but I know it's on the top of their roadmap. However, they do have a workaround for this which works pretty well for us as of now.

They don't have a big team as of now but the quality of their platform is top-notch, from whatever we have experienced. Try trusting them :)

Our activities and events have a lot of complex registrations which are handled seamlessly now. We were having a lot of increased hours of manual work by our events team in registering guests for our weekly activities and monthly events which were all automated with the help of Eventene. We now have a unique landing page for each of our activities which helped in increasing our registrations.

TBH, Eventene was not even shortlisted for our not-for-profit until we explored their registration features which are proving to be a big hit for our events. Their pricing model is also highly competitive.

They don't integrate with our CRM yet which involves some manual data transfer by our team. They say that they are introducing it in their next release, let's see...

Takes a while to know the platform but once you realize its potential, it's a beast :)

We have fundraising events and retreats all across USA and Europe which involved some complex and manual registration work by our team. Due to this complexity, we often used to hop between Google docs, sheets, forms, etc. Eventene's excellent registration capabilities enabled automating our reg. processes and provided a better experience for our members as well.

As a typical event organizer,Eventene is highly powerful in event management,allowing you to plan and operate any event from small to huge,keepinh track of personnel and guest while also constracting a website for the client.It transmits information more quickly.

Learning how the system works takes some time,especially when editing with code in web designing

,but it is not difficult to pick up once you get the hang of it.

This platform solves your problem of keeping track of information in a guest list, compiles all the information you need for your event,tracks sales for the owner,and assist staff in reporting to the firm.

I don't have to rely on spreadsheets to log and track everything to get my events up and running. We were also able to ditch multiple subscriptions of email marketing tools, survey tools, etc. It made our lives easier by letting go of plugging and playing data into different tools.

They have a lot more features than we have ever used for our events so it's hard to say about the overall performance. Getting reports takes a bit of effort as of now and it could have been a bit better. Although those reports are highly detailed you really need to get your head on how it's done! David Wood from Eventene was helpful in handholding us though.

We are a consulting company that hosts multiple corporate events, training sessions, dinners, etc. and we were on the lookout for some tool that could automate these entire event planning processes, and leave the team bandwidth for doing more strategic tasks. Eventene is easy on our pockets and really gets our job done!
