After a brief tutorial with Clairol I was good to go! The software is easy to use and I like that I can modify furniture quickly so that it is to scale on the floor plan.

While I like that it's cloud based I would prefer to be able to access it from an app that keeps me logged in as opposed to a web browser as I have to log in every time.

It is easy to use and there are plenty of tutorials to assist during the initial learning period. Customer support are also available to assist with any other issues.

I am able to add a whole floor plan set up to my favourites and add quickly to any room.

The team are very helpful and accommodating when needed.

Easy program to learn and use for the events industry.

I sometimes find the tables are not 100% to scale.

For example, on event draw a floor plan can look too busy where in person it is spacious.

The software is simple, intuitive and just keeps getting better! I have used this companies services for over 20 years and find them great to work with.

Not much to dislike-it is a user-focussed CAD based program so some users with very computer literacy limited experience may face initial issues-but quickly resolved with practice
