What do you like best about Eventdex?

The support team is just the best. They literally hand held me from the beginning until the end of my event. Very helpful and cooperative.

What do you dislike about Eventdex?

I wish if the help section on the website had more self-help articles for first-time users.

Recommendations to others considering Eventdex:

If you are looking for a mobile event management system, give it a shot. Worth every bit of it.

What problems is Eventdex solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had trouble managing the one-on-one business matchmaking sessions for my clients. Moreover the options out there are pretty expensive and complex. With Eventdex in place, I can get matchmaking managed through the mobile app and it goes easy on budgeting too. So far we have conducted more than 350 matching sessions with no hassles at all. I love it.

Eventdex Ticketing and Event Apps

I have had a great experience working with Team Eventdex for one of our events in early 2019. The Software that they bring onto your table is outstanding and cost effective. The company has a lot to offer, it has Event Registrations, Event App, Business Matchmaking, Lead Retrieval and Attendee Check-in services to opt and the fun part is you can pick the software that fits in your event criteria. You as an event manager would be steering your event from the backend and there's always a support available whenever you need them.

It has been fantistic to working with you guys and we look forward to collaborate again in 2020.
