Eventbrite makes it easy to create, sell tickets, and track events. Multiple users can be added so there can be collaboration. Reporting is easy to understand so that revenue and sales can be properly tracked and recorded.

Nothing so far. I like Eventbrite and all the features that it offers its consumers.

Eventbrite is allowing our student senate and other RSO groups to create events for things such as prom ticket sales, or our summer camps to make registration efficient and easy to track.

I love that I can post to social media from here and also that Eventbrite collects fees for a decent price.

Really no downside. They collect fees for their service but it's not that expensive.

I didn't have a good way to collect credit card fees in the past but this fixes that.

Streamlined and simple UX easy to use from an organizer and attendee standpoint. Absolute favorite feature is the fact the email confirmations (as an attendee) automatically sync with your calendar.

Easy planning of events without the bells and whistles. Automatically sync's to customers calendars. Also includes marketing of events through email newsletters - a true business partner through and through.

The most helpful feature in Eventbrite is it is easy to set up and share with others.

The least helpful feature is when you copy an event it does not copy all of the details of the event. It would be helpful if you could literally copy the event, the time, the details and graphics used.

Eventbrite is our solution to our monthly event ticket sales and it is effective in tracking sales. We've seen increased ticket sales with the use of this platform.

How easy it is to book tickets. I also like that I get an e-mail everytime someone buys a ticket!

I can't think of any downsides to using this service.

The app and website are so easy to use. Checking event ticket sales, making changes, etc. It's a breeze! Plus, the fees are so reasonable.

We host a large fundraiser with limited staff. With Eventbrite handling the ticket sales, and all which goes with ticket sales, I have time to work on the event.

Eventbrite is extremely helpful for me with my small business. I am able to invite customers and friends to various events that I do, or I am involved with. I don't think I could run my small business as effectively without Eventbrite.

I think one thing that frustrates me is my Customer list. For some reason I have about 6 different customer lists. I havno idea how that happened. I did not create those. So when I send out an invite I click on every single list and I hope that each customer is not receiving 6 different emails for the events. I have not had time to make one list. Nor do I know how to delete those lists.

Don't have any problems other than the customer list I explained above.

Easy to customise and update. Updates immediately and looks professional.

Honestly, I like everything about Eventbrite - definitely fit for my purposes.

Reporting has been made easier, which really helps with planning and coordination.
