Working in Eventboost is pretty intuitive, so it makes it easy to use. Also, if I do encounter an issue, they are always very willing to explain how to correct the issue.
I haven't come across that much that I don't like
It makes the registration process much more manageable...especially when we're able to connect it seamlessly to the virtual platform.
Eventboost was the platform we selected for our annual company conference with 500+ customers. It was smooth, engaging, professional, and an overall fantastic experience for both our event planning team and attendees. Everything ran smoothly, there were no technical issues with login or logistics, and the show went off without any problems. We received a lot of positive feedback from our attendees, and we're so happy with the overall experience. The team at Eventboost was so helpful and responded to every email and request from concept to completeion.
I don't have any negative feedback. Perhaps would be nice to have more than 1:1 chat options (maybe smaller groups with 3, 4 people) but overall, super pleased with Eventbrite!
Eventboost was great! If looking for a virtual hosting platform for a conference, summit or roundtable, this is a fantastic platform. The team is SUPER helpful.
Bringing together a large group of customers onto one platform - and having it run smoothly with very minimal questions from attendees - that is a HUGE victory! It was also nice to be able to run contests and offer interactive chats throughout the conference. Eventboost connected everyone (globally!) together on one platform, and our 21st annual conference - the first time ever being virtual - was amazing.
The customer service was outstanding. Anytime I needed assistance they offered quick solutions and advice. We were guided from the very first call all the way through the setup of the event to the completion. I cannot speak highly enough about the EventBoost support team and our Business Developer, Federico. The site itself was also very easy to navigate from an end user perspective. For the most part, once our attendees logged in they didn't have trouble finding he materials or pages they were looking for. The layout was very clean. From the backend, or administrator perspective, it was fairly easy to figure out. However, whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, the support team was always ready to help.
The registration page we used was a bit limited and I needed the EventBoost team assistance to make any changes. We normally need to provide a lot of information on our registration page due to the nature of our conference and we really didn't have that ability. The Eventboost team was always willing to work with me on adding/fixing these changes though. Just a lot of times, it's nice to have the ability to make these changes myself. I think this is something they are working on for future events, though.
We normally host this large conference in person, but this year we were unable to do so. We are not very savvy with technology and usually only have a registration page created and an app for the event rather than a hybrid event - so this year was a challenge figuring out what all was needed to put on a 100% virtual event. Eventboost helped us realize each step we needed to take and gave us suggestions for every aspect (sponsorship, video streaming, on demand videos, etc.)
We have been using Eventboost for a few years now. But when Covid hit we had to change everything! The Team at Eventboost helped us navigate the who, what, how for our upcoming conference. The communication they had with us was was beyond helpful. We could not have pivoted without the diligent work that they provided.
The only improvement would be the communication when moving into the app environment. Mostly who could help if there was an issue in real time. Once we mentioned that to them they immediately had an answer for us.
The ease of use is great for me. I am not super technical and they handled it all for me and easily trained me to do work on my own. Get the stress free package, worth every penny.
We were able to integrate all remote sessions onto the app and that was not planned at all when we started with them (we thought it would be in person)
When working with Eventboost, our organization can trust that they are receiving world class customer support and care. The registration platform, check-in app and the virtual platform solutions are all easy to use and provide a simple and experience to our guests and internal clients.
There is nothing that I dislike about this product.
Move forward with this vendor - you will not regret it.
The benefits of great customer support and care. Eventboost is continuously improving their product across all functions and our organization really enjoys working with them on new functions and features!
Eventboost is an extremely user friendly site for both the attendee who is registering and for the host on the back in. The site is customization to fit each events needs with data collection during registration or microsites for unique ID log in. We have used Eventboost for events scaling from 100 attendees to 30,000 attendees.
I have no dislikes for Eventboost or the software.
We are working with Eventboost as a registration platform for our corporate events. Employees are able to register through one site with inputted data to then go into a simple excel sheet for the host. Various emails are then able to be sent to those who registered and did not.
Eventboost has always gone above and beyond help customize their product to our needs. If their capabilities didn't support our requests they would work hard to build out the platform to accommodate our requests or help us come up with an alternate solution.
I haven't found a downside to using Eventboost. They have been a great partner for several of our events.
If you are looking for a partner that will go above and beyond to ensure that they provide and customize everything you need for your event. They are also very hands on and helpful on -site at events.
They have been able to solve our customization request of logging on to an event registration platform with a unique id for the password provided to them by us. They have also been able to customize the event registration page to that employee once they have logged on with their unique id. This has been a huge bonus and help on end to help customize our registration process and make seamless for the employees.
The product simply works, I can manage my guests automagically thanks to their solution, but what impressed me the most is that their customer support is top-notch. They are quick to respond and very supportive.
I wish they released a guest app to manage registration and check-in.
My company organizes relatively small internal events requiring sensible management of invitees. Eventboost allows me to immediately and easily track invitees, registered users, and participants on the same platform, without touching excel anymore. Much better customer experience, both for us and for our guests.
Giving our guests the ability to register at their convenience and to easily use a credit card for purchasing tickets and other items made them true believers in Eventboost! We'll never have another event that doesn't use this program. This was our first time using this platform and I can honestly say the Eventboost staff was there every step of the way to ensure our success. It really is a simple to use program with powerful capabilities. Our check-in process at the event was smoother than ever and our guests were delighted. Thank you!
I can't think of anything I disliked with either the program or the helpfulness of the staff. Everything was well orchestrated and straight forward.

Our events previously took a lot of administrative time, which we don't have, to track everyone that was purchasing tickets. On top that, messaging our guests are much easier with Eventboost as I can easily target specific groups, such as registered or non-registered guests. Another important feature that our guests enjoyed was the ability to register at their convenience, 24 hours a day. Previously, we could not accept credit cards and now with the partnership of Shopify and Eventboost, this was made easy. All in all, this program made all of our lives much easier!

Event Boost is easy to use, and we are able to make immediate updates. It's not limited like others to how many users/admins you can have in the back end. The reporting is easy and useful. It's nice to be able to schedule communications/emails. And their customer service is great. Their new event websites look great, we will be using this feature for the first time very soon!
It would be great if we could filter the registration information multiple layers. A customer service chat button would be nice for quick customer service.
Easy to launch events. Robust and detailed registration tool. Good reporting. Links well with onsite badge printing, saving time and waste.
