The app is very easy to use and intuitive. It allows to set up very interactive and dynamic events and meetings. We are able to better follow the presentation thanks to the streamed slides and interact easily with the presenter to ask questions in live. I really appreciated that!

No particular cons, continue to keep it easy to use.

The app was very intuitive to use compared with other event apps I’ve tried. No need to scroll or click to answer polls, it just popped up. Streamed slides are also a great feature, with the ability to zoom and take notes. Overall a great experience for our attendees and speakers!

I was looking for an app that could handle all aspects of my events from information, networking to interactivity, and it was difficult to find one single app with all those features. Evenium ConnexMe was a lifesaver for me!

For our sales meeting, our consultant recommended ConnexMe as a way to capture every idea and help us get feedback from the field. Using open questions and ranking polls, we defined our sales priorities for next year. The app was very easy to deploy and the adoption rate was over 95%.

Nothing really important to say. Maybe just enable more customization of the app layout would be great.

Very intuitive UI. Very efficient way to interact with attendees

We were organizing a sales meeting and wanted to get and classify sales rep feedback very quickly. ConnexMe did the job perfectly!

Speakers were delighted with the app as it was so simple to manage their polls (word cloud, quiz, ...). The networking features are also very easy to use, and are closely linked to the interaction feed, as you can connect immediately with people asking question you like. Simple and powerful.

Actually just a suggestion that it would be nice to add integrations on more CRMs systems.

I needed my audience to feel like a connected community, and ConnexMe was the right answer as it lead to many more private discussions, and more business opportunities for my attendees.

I’ve used a lot of event apps, many of which have been very hard to figure out or even froze and crashed my phone.

ConnexMe was straightforward to access and use, and it works as expected! Aside from the usual agenda, attendee list, speaker list and so on, the slide sharing and collaborative tools were particularly noteworthy in helping me better understand what was being presented.

I recommend this app highly !

It’s not a big deal but would be nice to sync the agenda with my outlook calendar.

Connect people during events, and provide high interactivity

We reached a high level of participant engagement thanks to ConnexMe polling tools, fully adopted by our speakers. The app has also strong networking features, making it easy for attendees to find relevant attendees with whom to connect. Simple yet effective.

It would be nice for participants to be able create groups and chat among group members.

Our meetings were on a top down format, with too few interactions. We were looking for a tool, that could be very easily embraced by our presenters. The ConnexMe App was the right answer for us!

ConnexMe goes far beyond what you would expect from an event app. Their visual collaboration tools are unique and though I initially thought the interactive tech would be difficult to execute, set up was very easy, speakers loved it, and audience participation was really lively. Great app for meetings of any size!

No cons. Great support team for any kind of questions.

I was looking for a solution to make our meetings more "inclusive" and give all the attendees a voice. We had a very high engagement rate, the attendee feedback was great.

App set up was so simple and using the interactive features required no additional hardware or software, and in fact just about everything during the live event was controlled from my smartphone with usually a click or two. We were striving for an engaging event that got people involved and the way we were able to use the live slide-sharing, polling and Q&A kept the energy up. Both speakers and participants commented about how much they liked the app.

I didn't experience anything I disliked. The app was easier to use than I expected.

ConnexMe was easy for our attendees to access, some even remotely, which was critical to get input from everyone. Interaction and idea generation got a big boost which helped us confirm our messaging and next steps.

Amazing audience engagement and they really worked with me to ensure that I got the most from their app.

There was nothing at all that I disliked about this app and have plans on using it in the future.

Definitely take advantage of their customer service and option to hire one of their techs to be on hand during the event. There weren't any issues with my audience using the app but if there had been, I wouldn't have had to worry about it. Additionally, the fellow who came for tech support during my event went above and beyond with additional audience engagement suggestions and ideas.

My event is small, around 200 people, but this app really helped to encourage a sense of community with the interactive polls and questions to presenters. Several attendees came up to me later saying this app was the easiest conference app they've used.
