We have been using the Eurekos LMS for over 2 years now. Already from the beginning I had a great impression and a great feeling about the platform, because compared to other platforms we had been in contact with prior to implementation, Eurekos really stood out as a platform that was specifically designed with the best interest of the learner in mind and the know-how, of what this implies. This is reflected in all available features, which we are using across a wide ray of business use cases (external trainings that can be purchased individually, in-house training, face-to-face courses, eLearnings, webinars, blended courses etc…). As not only an admin, but also an instructional designer I was and am still very happy to be able to work with a tool that comprehends and combines the technical needs with the need of the instructional design in order to make online courses innovative and efficient learning environments. The team is amazing and always supportive in regard to any questions that might appear. It is truly a pleasure to have such a great cooperation partner.

One of the key strengths of the software is still its usability and flexibility as well as the extensive features and the constant improvement and updates. From the beginning the features were easy to use and adapt according to one’s business needs. From course administration to the integrated authoring tool, the LMS encompasses a lot of features that support with each individual use case we have. You don’t get lost in all the features 😉 but whatever you need, the platform always offers a solution …and in the rare cases it doesn’t, the Eurekos team always does 😊 Constant updates and innovative new features not only improved the existing features but also create possibilities for new use cases.

Like every LMS or technical product, it will never be able to cover 100% of all needs a business has. However, with the constant improvements and the possibility to customize certain features according to the company needs it comes pretty close.

Eurekos has become a pillar of our daily business as it not only supports us in the administration of our courses and our course participants but also in content creation for both face-to-face and online formats.

I am most impressed by the course authoring tools. The platform's versatility has allowed me to create powerfully engaging content.

The only issue I have had is with navigating around the platform

When viewing the features available, we realised other ways we could utilise a learning management system within our organisation.

The user-friendliness of the software! It is extremely easy to use, even for someone like myself who is not tech-savvy!

The customer service/support help topics could be a bit better.

I can create visuals to improve the student experience

There is so much opportunity and I don't have the time to go through them all.

Try as many of the features as you can.

I can use the content builder tool to create courses for my clients. This has been beneficial for getting individuals familiar with the program information.

Eurekos allows me to seamlessly host various training programs. It is user friendly and very fun to use!

I have no dislikes with this software. I enjoy using it all the time.

I am able to host training sessions and disseminate information flawlessly.

It is very easy to get started. It is so intuitive. With the Marketplace we can get in touch with clients normally out of our reach. It is also much easier to get new facilitators and employees who shall create our courses going forward onboarded.

I can´t think of anything - perhaps it will show along the way. There could be a risk that people with no knowledge of how to create learning materials create courses with low impact. It could be an idea to create some helping materials or free start up courses for user on how to make learning materials with high learning impact.

If you want an easy LMS this is a very good alternative. We have looked into many LMS during the last 5 years and this is the one that meets most of our criterias. Especially the feature with the marketplace - that is the first time I have seen this solution.

We want to reach out to a larger market - and with the Marketplace we can reach customers that is out of our normal reach. With Eurekos we have created e-learning courses as pure e-learning for the first time. All our other courses are developed and delivered as blended learning. With this setup we can deliver our courses on all levels. Beside reacing out to a larger market we can also offer our procuct to smaller Companies that haven´t the size to but our full package.

Eurekos rapid course builder supports some specific features that allows me to visualize and create an overall course structure by which I can add content.

Eurekos puts content first by making it easy to produce targetted personalized learner content in the blink of an eye!

Eurekos analytics provides the evidence to prove that the most successful learners are the ones that are engaged and active. It allows me to focus in on the data providing me insights into how to improve students achievements.

That I do not have the time to spend learning and understanding how to use all the features Eurekos has to offer.

The Eurekos vision is on point to meet the needs of my diverse learners. I can provide the feedback that helps guide my students on their journey through my course.

Course Creation, Curating, Delivery, Recovery, Validation and Feedbackof features allow me access the data to assess each learner's effort, engagement, and accuracy allowing me to evaluate knowledge, skills and performance levels.
