I've been working with eTurns for a couple years now and I've seen it from implementation to daily use with our customers. It has been nothing short of amazing! Our customers love it; it makes their lives easier, makes my life easier, and is a great way to oversee any amount of inventory you could ever need. There have rarely been issues on eTurns' side of things, but when there are, it always gets fixed in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier!
There's nothing to dislike! As stated in what I like best, any time there has been an issue, it always gets resolved in a timely manner. I've never had a complaint from any of our customers either, and it's made so that it's super easy for them to work with.
ETurns has solved the issue of our customers ever having to wait for material. They have regulated quantities of as many items as they choose, and the system keeps track of how much they have on hand and how many they've scanned out. So once their inventory levels get below a certain amount, we automatically get notified that those items need to be replenished. The customer gets to scan out their own material without ever having to manually ask us to place orders.

Being able to see the exact quantity counts in my customer's warehouse makes is easy to manage their invtory levels. With this, also being able to set minumum and max quantities allow for seamless ordering levels.
It was difficult for me to learn at the beginning. I still struggle with updating quantity counts when we do quarterly inventory counts in my customer warehouse. There are a lot of steps involved and I seem to forget one every time.
My customer has multiple jobs of the same material right now. Being able to manage all of the material in one spot for the same customer has been a big time saver. The customer, as well as my self, are able to go into Eturns and manage the material they need or have on hand.
