PROS: eTrigue provides flexibility that's never seen in other third party MAP systems. From its user-friendly e-mail to landing page templates to its form builder, it has that all-around functionality. It's an MA system that can be utilized by just about about anyone who's keen in learning more about marketing automation. What pushed eTrigue to be highly successful is their responsive support.

CONS: Reporting is extensive. While it seems to be the case, it'd be nice to have packaged reports that will help offer a brief summary of where I'm currently at in my campaign. Right now I'm pulling a number of reports. I want to be able to make ad hoc reporting simpler.

CONS: Back then, eTrigue Demand Center never catered to the typical small business budget. It's no longer nowadays. As a matter of fact, I've successfully carried out Demand Center for smaller companies. These same companies are reaping the rewards that mid-sized companies and enterprises have enjoyed over the years.

PROS: The people over at eTrigue appear to be responsive. Support has been excellent so far. We've migrated from third party marketing automation systems. These sysemts have been full of problems. But with eTrigue ensured process to be a smooth one and assistance every step of the way.

CONS: I wish we discovered eTrigue in the early days. Right now, we're still trying to unearth its rich functionality. We're looking forward to maximize the system. As much as possible, we want to use it to meet our business goals.
