There is quite a bit of setup required if your company uses many services, but Ethycas thorough integration documentation makes the setup very straightforward

Ethyca handles all of our data privacy needs related to CCPA and GDPR, including hosting our privacy center, consent management, data erasure requests, and data download requests. This has taken a significant amount of stress and confusion off of our customer service team.

I think their customer service is one of their strongest features. Another thing I would distinguish is their dedication in finding an optimal solution, they are always eager to fit the customer's needs.

The expectations of something working flawlessly are not high, so I would say more attention can be spent on testing/QA to increase confidence in the reliability and robustness of the product and its features.

Mainly, Ethyca is helping with configuring and setting up integrations with various third-party services and is keeping us compliant with California Consumer Privacy Act.

Ethyca automates an otherwise arduous and complicated process. With Ethyca we feel secure that we are complying with legal obligations. The team is really nice, always ready to help and troubleshoot, they are also very well informed of the subject matter.

Getting up and running has taken much longer than anticipated. This is partially attributed to the fact that our integration is a bit custom built. It would have been good to have known this and been more realistic to manage expectations.
