The ease of use. E-Sub is a one-stop shop for detailing, documenting and referencing your construction-related experiences.

The inablity to delete items created in error(daily report tickets.

It help keep details in regards to out many construction projects in one place.

Esub is extremely easy to track our change orders and communicate with our internal team what has been approved or what is still pending.

Photos uploaded aren't of high quality and it's a bit clunky adding and uploading them.

Wish there was a way to find a out what is on a purchase order a lot easier.

eSUB ensures that we are staying on task as a company. The ability to track everything has allowed us to garner data from projects to predict our future needs. These projections have saved us money and helped us to win bids.

While we recognize that the software is always growing and changing for the better, it still has moments where the usability is not exactly intuitive.

Our largest problem that eSUB is solving is time management, this betters our estimations and in turn benefits our budget.

eSUB is an essential tool for keeping projects organized. I mainly use eSUB for building out submittal packages. That particular feature makes my job a lot easier. I like how each product has its own line that allows for easier tracking.

eSUB provides everything our company is looking for in terms of acting as a tool for project organization. That being said, I have two minor issues. First, I find the interface to be unappealing. I think the website and app could use a redesign. Secondly, I feel there are too many clicks to get through each submittal line. I feel as if I should be able to easily type all of the items on one page and drag and drop PDF attachments.

eSUB is solving project recordkeeping for our company. On eSUB, our project managers are able to write daily reports, upload site pictures, etc. It truly helps us keep our projects organized as best as possible.

It helps you track almost everything and it holds a lot of information.

Sometimes I get a little confused knowing where to find certain things.

Keeping all job info in one spot and also allowing our guys to keep daily notes to where everyone can see them.

For what I use eSub for, I havent found anythiong I dont like

It gives us a place to store drawing and job files that our site guys can use during construction

It has streamlined keeping track of RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily reports and creating field notes. eSUB is best suited to sub contractors.

The only downside would be not being able to mark up the plans.

Our biggest problem is when the crew would not submit the daily reports to the office, and now with esub, we can easily view it online or even notice if a daily was missed.
