Estimate Rocket is easy to use and set up. I like the fact that I can create templates for items or descriptions I use often. It will also accept payments through credit cards. Your estimate look and feel is totally customizable. I have added photos of the products I use instead of just words. This give the extra edge. Customer service is great and quick.

Not being able to see when and if the client has viewed the invoice. You can see this with estimates but not invoice.

Time. Im saving a lot of time being able to use templates and pre-set items when adding things, I use a lot to the estimate.

The program from a very high level is extremely organized. Which helps to create flows to keep teams very aligned and keep employees in sync with one another. Highly recommend.

System is cloud based and training is excellent- both online videos to help and online live training provided. Estimate Rocket can also help with accounting needs- creating invoices, billing, and collecting payments.

The software doesn't have an API- Application Programming Interface, which makes it difficult for us to connect Estimate Rocket to other internal systems. We use Zapier that requires an API key and that creates an issue. Also, it would be helpful to have an mobile iPhone application for Estimate Rocket

It is easy to make a project for a designer item, add material costs and fill in the customer information.

It would be helpful to have my own website for custom orders which I don't have at the present time.

I would like to have generic items that I can assign to my customers. It is a lot of work to fill in all the information for just one etsy sale. If demand warranted, this would work for multiple orders and custom design. However, I wanted to see if it would be easy to use for crafts and single items.

It is geared more towards construction but could be modified.
