The "how-to" video sessions are a game-changer. After one or two training sessions, I was able to use the features very well and enlighten my colleagues on areas of our business that once on a map opened eyes within our sales, marketing, and operations teams. One will quickly find new uses and become better in the manipulation of data and show new relationships and opportunities to serve customers better and improve internal operations.

The radius tool that ties in we census data makes it very easy for us to pull location data that is utilized for digital marketing tactics. Additionally, working in marketing, we have utilized the platform to map outdoor boards and overlay customer locations.
Easy to upload data and format maps. Heat maps give us a quick view of our business and the radius and filters help us make business decisions.
When working with a large data set, zoom in/out can take a while to load.
We understand where our shoppers live and how far they are driving to our locations. This h as helped us with site selection, targeted mail and marketing strategy.
You can easily create maps from your Salesforce reports, add layers from spreadsheets, and update maps automatically daily. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Some of the color selections for pins on the map are hard to define.
If you are making maps that update daily from Salesforce, if a new attribute that is defined on the map by a pin is introduced in the data, you have to manually refresh the data set in espatial to get that data point on the map.

I like the ability to be able to easily plan my routes for my sales calls. It helps me make the most of the time I have and the miles I drive, and allows me to hit my goals more easily than if I were just flying by the seat of my pants.
I would love to see a dark mode as this would be much easier on my eyes. I think it would be nice in the future to potentially integrate gas stations/prices and EV charging station spots as well for an even further enhanced level of planning ahead.
It allows me to quickly and easily plan my routes for the day and week to make sure I am making the most of my time and distance driven. This is extremely efficient compared to trying to do things manually.
