Of course, the most helpful feature of erecruit is its ability to store candidate information. It is very easy to navigate and you can store all information necessary for your candidate.
There's a little downside in erecruit. There were times that it will take too long to load pages and sometimes the website is down. I think this is an error that can be improved thru updates.
As our line of business is staffing, we would need an electronic way to save data of the people we try to recruit. That's why it has been helpful for us recruiters to use erecruit and integrating TextUs with this. If we don't have access to our TextUs, we can see the messages sent as well as what we send to those people. It helps us keep track and also serves as a proof of the conversations we have with these people.
All details need was all in there and updated.

As per now i dont see any problem yet to erecruit and its well benfits me on work.

During the training, I find Erecruit as an app that is convenient to use. I find it advantageous in comparison to another app that I used in my previous companies.
Sometimes it disconnects me especially during rush hours. More often during development, it crashes I find uneasiness of use, but it does not unlikely to happen more than expected.
It stores the profiles and contracts of the applicants that I find convenient to use. You do not need more applications to help you find what you are looking for.
It delivers complete information required in agencies especially handling multiple candidates.
Notes in matches are a bit difficult to read especially if the note has a table embedded on it.
The History tab has an audit trail showing changes made on a specific date and time. It really help determine when an discrepancy started.
So helpful when looking for the traveler's information and billing info.
The slowness, but not all the time. It's more like an internet issue I guess.

The features that I like about Erecruit are that it can restore the details and documents of a person, is easy to navigate, and has a nice user feature. Erecruit is an excellent help to our company.
One feature that I dislike about Erecruit is the attachment feature. I always thought to use the left click instead of the right click when opening the file. And that's the only feature I disliked; the rest were excellent.
The business problem that Erecruit assisted us with was staying organized with documents, particularly reports, and efficiently extracting the required Excel files when needed.
All the information we need can be stored here, very helpful and time saving

Ease of use and that for everything you do inside eRecruit there's always this audit trail so you know who changed what and when.
I hope there's more API integration with other systems - like eRecruit and AirTable or Asana.
