As a software developer, I can say the work put in to develop this software is well worth it

The pricing model is quite good but would be abit too much for a startup

Navigation of shares and equity split and onboarding new shareholders

Ability to create custom reports such as cap table reports and secondary transaction reports. Very well satisfied with their support team. They got support articles for each and every function which really helps us in knowing the platform better.

Minor technical bugs were found at initial times which were reported to their team and resolved quickly.

Easy to use cap table management software and great customer support. You can create advanced vesting plans (Time based, Milestone, Hybrid) and apply them to issued shares in real-time.

Not much really, there are still some features we’ve not yet tried.

I’ve been using Eqvista for the last 6 months and their cap table management platform is very easy to use. The best part is they are constantly adding more features to the system which really helps to manage our company equity effortlessly and smarter.

Its ease of use and the User Interface was comfortable

The several operations problems I am having with the software. Although their tech support seems to be on the ball I don't have time to Beta Test their software.
