The fact that it has updated system to manage large portfolios and data n a very simple and secure way,

it is a bit expensive for start ups thus making it quite unrealistic to burgain.

it's a good platform for both start ups and big companies, Excellent data management platform that enables companies to outdo outdated systems since Equity Effect provided and update and easy to use criteria.

KPI management. This includes team performance i.e all agents performance data is stored in one platform. This makes it easier for the managers to monitor performance of all the agents. The graphs are well and easy to understand.

The Dashboard and Cap Table graphics render quickly and are very helpful. The customer support is excellent and friendly.

The online access for investors is limited. Accounts with beneficial ownership can be grouped for viewing, which is good, but view/edit permissioning allows viewing of all investors and at this time, cannot be restricted to just their accounts. Also, convertible securities such as loans are not consolidated onto one comprehensive investor report.

Easy to use, excellent support, robust functionality, except for the online access for investors. They do have online access for employees, for employee equity programs, but this was not relevant for my company.
