I love how the features are always evolving and they try to maintain being the best experience possible.

I like best the ease of providing robust, reliable, and user-friendly solutions for our end users.
What I dislike is that it is still hard to find pages, blocks, or assets using the edit mode search. Also, switching block or media tab in the assets panel, the CMS still unselects the current folder and the content editors has to go through all the folders again to find what she/he wanted.
We have been using your CMS for more than 10 years, and the benefits we gained are hard to describe. What is sure is that our stakeholders and us have been able to provide right solutions to our customers, partners, and end-users and still have to maintain a complex CMS.
When I first encountered Optimizely's Digital Experience Platform, I was blown away. I've used similar products in the past, but they were all inferior to this. The Optimizely Digital Experience platform lets us provide a personalized funnel for each of our customers. It also facilitates efficient collaboration across multiple teams (including designers, developers, and product managers). In the past, we've had to build our own infrastructure to accomplish this, which has taken months. Now, we can achieve the same thing much faster. I cannot emphasize enough the power of this platform. By personalizing the UI for each customer, we increase our conversion rate, NPS score, and overall UX.
There are so many features to this platform that it can be difficult to train new team members -- at least initially. Ultimately, we want to utilize this platform to the fullest extent. Fortunately, the Optimizely team provides amazing support, which has helped tremendously in this regard.
The main problem that Optimizely Digital Experience Platform solves for us is personalization. It is, by far, the most powerful personalization platform that I've seen.
