Ability to add or change items as needed, fast support when needed. Fast, efficient, cost effective and extremely user friendly. Owners and management companies must see all Entrata features!

It's hard to give a dislike. At times Entrata can lag but it is NEVER for long and normally only when updates are being completed. I have no real dislikes regarding Entrata or its features

What do you like best about Entrata?

It's a great app for organized and document everything related to maintenance and leasing properties also organized in an easy way for everyone in general is a well organized app

What do you dislike about Entrata?

It a little bit slow uploading pictures the system sometimes is hard because it uses the data of your phone if the location were you using Entrata has a bad signal it willl take long time tu upload pictures

It's great to organized to me it's really useful for being on top of the work orders and make readys also it helps to allocate resources and staff memebers as well

What do you like best about Entrata?

Do I have to pick just one thing? Reporting is so amazing. I can get a report on almost anything I can think of. I also Love Love the dashboard. Users can see their tasks at a glance. OH and don't forget Vendor and invoicing. My life is so much easier now!! Thank you Entrata!!

What do you dislike about Entrata?

The search function kinda needs a revamp. Super Search with filters is needed so you can specify property or building, email search or phone number search, and indicate if you are looking for guest cards or applications. to narrow down options that are valuable and not have to scroll through a bunch of stuff you don't want to look at.

What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?

what I used to do with several different applications I can do it now in one place. One-Stop Shop... Entrata can do that! We can pull reporting as often as we need to, to spot-check progress for the whole portfolio or just gaging the performance of just one site... it's so flexible and you aren't stuck with just one view of the data. There are so many options to view and weigh the data, it is amazing. Does Entrata mind read? LOL

What do you like best about Entrata?

It's robust and can manage nearly all aspects of not just a property, but your PM business as a whole. A few more features and it could be one-stop shopping for everything you need to run a rental business.

What do you dislike about Entrata?

The inspections are limited and the full suite of settings is staggering. I get it though, the more it can do, the more you have to be able to change what you want, but it's a lot of stuff. Some of it isn't labelled well or the help icon doesn't have anything about what that setting is or does.

What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage all of our resident and prospect communications, documents, and accounting through the system. Oh, and work orders - service, capital budgeting, it does it all. There's very little we do outside of Entrata.

What do you like best about Entrata?

I love how user-friendly the platform is. Made the whole application to execute lease process seamlessly and easy to understand. It has very interactive report that gives you a deeper understanding of trends, yoy, and analytics for tracking performance. Customer service is also amazing and gives great training videos.

What do you dislike about Entrata?

I had no issues with Entrata; I would recommend it to any apartment complex.

What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved having all resident, applicant and apartment information all in one space. Amazing CRM system that was user friendly and easy to understand. Integrated with a lot of other platforms that we used!

What do you like best about Entrata?

Entrata is a very user assisted software that walks you through all the necessary steps to make all of your resident experiences and management reporting a smooth transaction.

What do you dislike about Entrata?

Oh, great question, I would have to really think about this one because I do not have a downside I have discovered yet.

What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?

It handles all of my accounting/reporting needs, really does a terrific job honing in on leads and making sure the leads are not forgotten or ignored, and carries right on through to the rental process. Love the delinquency reports, and maintenance / makeready boards are awesome.

What do you like best about Entrata?

Entrata has an easy to use UI and an excellent search function to find what I need like resident and unit information. I focus on maintenance and use it every day to distribute tasks. I haven't personally used it but the customer service and support team is sick to respond.

What do you dislike about Entrata?

The reports can be a little tricky for me. It could be a lack of experience but it always takes me a bit to find what I need with all of the filtering options.

What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?

The work order tracking is excellent. There are also fields to submit warning messages for pets or other issues in apartments to my techs know to be prepared.

What do you like best about Entrata?

I am a user of Entrata, and have been for a few years now. I highly recommend this software. It has everything you need for a community in one place. I used the system to build my website, and all leasing & resident activity. From lead tracking integration, lead activity feeds, prospect to resident activity filters through on one page. There is no "going back to the guest card/application" to review details. Reporting has a lot of selection with filters to pull exactly what information is needed. Payables is simple and quick with a very good PO system. Bulk emailing, quick pricing updates, work order flows, etc. I could go on and on. Since I started using Entrata, I have switched to paperless because everything in the system! EVERYTHING !

What do you dislike about Entrata?

Only downfall for the software is not as user friendly as some. While it does take some "learning" I do recommend Entrata over other platforms. While it may be expensive for smaller communities, it is worth every dollar.

Accounting and reporting are some areas that needs some improvement.
