These guys are amazing. Carl and his entire team provide a link to book time with them whenever you need with any question you need and no matter how often you use it, they are always happy to help. The EnterpriseAlumni team don't feel like a vendor to us - always super transparent of what's coming, when, how, training, support and everything - including consistently checking in with us, sharing best practices and the most insane reporting to really let us understand what our community cares about. Spoiler Alert: We are big fans of this team.

The design thinking sessions the team did to really help us build our use case and strategy for engaging our Alumni community. James and his team made us think outside just the scope of HR and also provided us continued support and onsite visits after go live.
Due to our internal policies we could not access their project management tool - more our fault, but still made project visibility a little difficult.
