What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The TDN (tag delivery network) gives greater flexibility, agility, speed and security. Ensighten Privacy is also very relevant at the moment with GDPR coming into force in a few months

If you just want a TMS and you don't have enormous volumes, Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM are free.

Take pressure off IT teams and improve site performance

I like their mobile tag management product. It is very strongly designed.

Pricing isn’t that competitive with other similar products.

They have a lot of products available for different platforms. It is worth looking into them.

Ensighten was a TMS pioneer, well ahead of its time. Introduced a lot of functionality into the TMS world that other similar tools have since copied.

The User Interface is slow and buggy. Not nearly as polished as other Tag Management Systems. No 'Preview' mode built in - you must use a separate extension in your browser for testing.

While once a leader, I do not feel as though Ensigten is headed in the right direction. Other tools like GTM and Tealium have surpassed Ensighten in speed and quality.

The best thing about this is that it functions as a working TMS. It does what it is built to handle at the end of the day.

I dislike that Ensighten logs you off after 20 minutes and you have to constantly relog on to finish your task.

Also it is difficult to work through deployments, as coding is involved and I am not a coder.
