Able to visualizing various team ideas and make it reality versus verbal explanation takes different turn in terms of design exploration.
I guess it will be scene background setting. Being able to place a season & weather condition to the ongoing scene will be nice. Putting actual weather like rain and snow will be good to have in place. Since, we have a various project throughout the USA that has different weather conditions.
Impovement all around the extra features to rendering quality is a good to see.
The ability seamlessly to work in real time, looking a design in 3D, with the application of materials.
It is currently difficult to get away from the default "Enscape looking rendering". We need the ability to customize the type of skydome lighting and to would be great to have the ability to adjust between highly stylized, non photo realistic images, to different styles of more photo real images. I also wish there was a larger asset library, with the ability to change the colors of the furniture.
Enscape3D helps us visualized materials in an efficent manner, helping push the development of our architectural projects forward.
I like Enscape because it's a very intuitive and user-friendly plugin. The image quality when rendering is excellent. The material and furniture libraries are definitely top-notch
I have nothing to say that I don't like, but there are things I would like to see added, such as more variety of materials in the library, the ability for people to have movement in videos, as well as cars. Also, adding the option for weather to include effects like rain or snow.
Enscape is quite helpful for furnishing my spaces and placing materials. It greatly assists me with virtual walkthroughs in my designs, allowing me to consider design aspects. It also helps me with presenting my projects, giving them a professional touch.
Enscape 3D is the most versatile and useful improvement you can make to your BIM workflow. Being able to visualize and interact with your model in realistic real time makes eficiency and decission making much more simple and global.
With nice textures you can also achieve some kind of realistic renderings, even for commercial use, though connecting with VRay will improve the quality of your renders almost limitless.
THe software is really easy to use and implement, in a few hours you can work 100% with it. We use it every single day in our office and every single BIM implementation we make uses Enscape, mostly in small and medium offices.
Transition to VRay is still a little limited but workable.
Render quality is a little less convincing than its competitors.
Price is good, but alternatives like Twinmotion may have a better price-result ratio
Making decissions in project and on site
Being able to show projects in a beautiful and effortless way
VR works amazing with a little configuration (Meta Quest 2 wireless)
Easy integration into normal workflow.
Fast learning curve - very little time lost on learning the interface, very intuitive.
Fastest way to present a project to a client in a way that is not distracting and gives them a sense of their project. Use of lighting, reflections and shadows are very immersive. People, vegetation and entourage in general are very realistic.
A larger library of assets would be very helpful. Specifically ehicles, plants / trees and furniture.
Enscape's ability to present project in real time to clients is far superior to the built in real time rendering of our main CAD application.
Most helpful with Enscape is it's versatility in its use. The simplicity of the program that offers high-quality, realistic renderings. Ease of intergration of the program within Revit has been a game changer for our office. We often use it to provide clients with a understanding of how the building will look. The seamless integration within Revit makes it the most ideal tool for creating and sharing projects within a team as well as with others.
What I dislike about Enscape is how heavy it is to use on a laptop. I recently had to upgrade to a better laptop to keep up with Enscape's constant changes. I understand that it takes A LOT to produce such high quality renders but I used Enscape to visualize spaces as I create them and sometimes this bogs down or crashes.
Enscape solves an age old problem of losing clients or understanding when presenting "Plan Only" drawings. With Enscape you are able to bring the plans to life and visualize the final product in reality. I have recently switched our team to provide renderings and walk throughs for clients because of all positive feedback from presentations with Enscape.
Enscape is extremely simple to use and it works for all of the major 3D modeling software packages that I use on a daily basis. The tool loads quickly and has a nice variety of premade assets that allow you to populate your models with content quickly. There are also a good range of visual settings that allow you to fine tune the look of your images with ease.
The main downside to me is the lack of a traditional path tracer. When compared to a similar software like Twinmotion, I am not able to get as high of quality outputs because I cannot export final images using a more traditional path-traced render option.
Enscape allows me to very quickly get a sense of how my architectural and interior design projects are shaping up. Seeing the project in Enscape gives me a greater understanding of how the design is coming together and allows me to make more informed design decisions. The built in material browser also gives me a simple way of exploring multiple finish options. The export features provide a simple way to provide clients with previews of the project so I can get their feedback and continue to refine the design.
The first time I used Enscape in 2018, I fell in love with the simplicity of the interface and the speed at which we could get great images out of it. Enscape feels as easy to use and implement as pressing the start button. After using it lalmost everyday for 5 years, I've come to love all those things and more. Enscape plugs right into Revit and Sketchup which are our two important software applications. It has changed the way we work on, present, and coordinate our projects. The thing that has struck a chord with most clients and contractors is how we keep an updated series of panoramas on Enscape's server and then link that to a QR code. This allows anyone with a smart phone to see the design intent of our project. We would never move to another platform without all these connected features.
I can't think of a downside or dislike. I mean the product is stellar and the customer service is top notch. What's not to like?
In the business of Architecture, Enscape is a great communicating device. Communication is the most essential thing in architectural practice. Enscape creates an immersive version of the construction documents, making our ability to communicate all of our ideas much easier.

The textures now and the bump maps on them for extra layer of realism
Also the textures. I want my designs to be as realistic as possible so the options (while so much better) I would like to see more texture options.
The reality of lighting effects and those effects throughout the day/night as the sun rotates is seen by using this product as a student.
