The ability to upload videos with automatic transcriptions and find and replace in edit has made my job so much easier! Also that the transcriptions are timestamped and linked to the video. It makes both editing and tagging insights extremely easy.
Still trying to figure out the best way to input data in csv form and use the data to find insights in the repository. Currently, having to use pivot tables outside and figure out how to bring demographic insights in.
EnjoyHQ saved me hours of work transcribing interviews! It also saved me time reprocessing data for each project, and allowed me to share the data with my team much easier!
After extensive competitor analysis we found EnjoyHQ had the best and most varied integrations which is so important to our team to avoid duplicating work. It makes life so much easier and the onboarding process has been so easy, we've watched simple webinars and had demos from EnjoyHQ reps and all have been super insightful and it's clear the power of EnjoyHQ.
We've uploaded all of our research but we're still waiting to properly get started with EnjoyHQ so, so far, we haven't seen anything we dislike, I think that will take some experience.
Our biggest issues were surfacing UR insights and colleagues self-serving information and Enjoy HQ solved that straight away with it's advanced search features and repository structure.
Enjoy HQ has several great aspects. One, Enjoy HQ provides really quick and accurate audio and visual transcriptions. Second, it is a helpful platform in sorting projects. Third, it is inexpensive. Fourth, it has great analysis functions.
There really is not anything I truly dislike about Enjoy HQ. It has everything we have needed for our projects - sorting, transcribing, and analysis. The fact that it is inexpensive for use makes it a complete home run.
We are able to better assist our clients through their needs. We are solving recruiting and retention issues with clients, and we are able to more quickly and accurately do so through the use of Enjoy HQ.
The easy-to-use interface! It all makes sense and is very intuitive. I think the way it's laid out makes it easy to track your sessions and find them easily!!!!!
I don't really have any dislikes at the moment. It's a solid product offering. The overall approach and functionality serves our organization's needs really well and I wouldn't change a thing.
Great product that helps research teams understand/organize/share insights within the organization.
Basically using it to gather and organize user sentiment on UI designs and hi-level concepts for our banking app. We record sessions where we walk users thru UIs or concepts to see if they understand the flow and usability needs and also just to see if it's worth our team pursuing and creating these options within the prodcut.
All of our qualitative research activities feed into EnjoyHQ, and the highlighting, tags/properties, and analysis board are integral to the process of individual research projects as well as building a repository of insights for future projects.
In general, the structure of tags/properties being applied to highlights or documents is confusing to new users. Also, the capabilities for quantifying the qualitative insights (i.e., the dashboards) are there, but they are limited and hard to use.
The questions we get from stakeholders are often, "What do we know about...?" With EnjoyHQ, we can easily find firsthand data from our users and analyze it to answer those questions quickly and cost-effectively. It's saved us from duplicative research and has connected stakeholders to the voice of the user.
I've tried multiple research repository tools, and EnjoyHQ has been my favorite by far. It took some practice getting used to some of the way things work but overall it's very customaizble which is nice. Their customer service is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions the team has had. Overall, we are happy with the tool and the direction our research organization is headed!
Some of the mental models for the way things work (i.e., tags vs stories vs projects) is a little confusing at first. Once we asked questions and got used to the set up, it got easier to navigate.
Give it a shot and lean on customer service for any questions.
The problem we are solving is democritizing our research learnings across all teams, as well as being able to track themes across multiple research projects. We have also used it as a tool for transcribing and synthesizing data.
The fact that I can have all my random research bits in one place to analyze and produce insights. The ability to organize your research materials and deliverables in one place, and being able to act on them in one place.
I have had some trouble with the UserZoom integration. It doesn't import videos only clips and the notes don't seem sync over as well, which is very unhelpful.
Make sure you make it a part of your design process early on to save time moving material and make sure your entire design can access it with you right off the bat.
Having one place to plan, collect/store research and act on it. My experience shows that my time and efforts from trying to do this on my own involves several programs such as a separate repository for storing material and then accessing that to work and then again storing it. Creating multiple documentation and using design tools and then exporting from those design tools post ideation or prototyping and then trying to patch all this together.
I can simply upload all relevant material in EnjoyHQ and work on a summary from there.
Enjoy's project and research-outcome-based view on data management is refreshing, and it gives more than just what a normal file repository would give. Their file searching and classification is one of the strongest I've seen and the way they classify their users (admins, viewers, etc) also works out well for uses-cases of Enjoy in my company.
Enjoy still has a way to go when it comes to meeting the complete user research documentation lifecycle. I think the first step they should take (they know this) is on doing more in favor of live sessions as opposed to post sessions, which is its strength. I think there will be more valuable content on my project dashboards if Enjoy had features built around live note-taking and processing.
My company was previously lacking in research organization, so just bringing together everything on Enjoy has been a huge step forward for us. It's also easier now to digest larger amounts of information in shorter periods thanks to some of the storytelling features on this platform. As mentioned before, if some of the requested features are added then Enjoy will almost be a non-negotiable dependency for me.
It's organized in a way that I can really pull together important insights to create a solid project readout. Our team was hurting for a tool to keep our project materials straight, and this could be the answer to that.
There is a pretty big learning curve. I have a hard time understanding how to utilize the tool to the best of its ability; I wish there were more training or examples on how to organize data or how to use the tool the best. I want some best practices to help us understand how this can help me.
Our team had a big repository problem. Our data and materials were here, there, and everywhere. We have documents in Google Drive, we have our own platform documents, we have recordings, and we have data sets. This tool helps us keep them in a single place with tags so that we can easily find them.

Transcription is a life saver, we tag parts of interviews with relevant titles and can find them easily by searching for the tag.
Transcription can be better, especially in Turkish. But I believe it will improve with time as it is quite new. Also sharing feature is very confusing, it's hard to tell what other parties will see. When I want to share the Data tab, I would prefer if people I shared it directly saw the data and not the report.
EnjoyHQ helps us transcribe and store interviews. We analyze interviews on EnjoyHQ and create reports. If it was not for EnjoyHQ we would be using another service for transcription and another one for storage. It leaves almost no need for another service.
